Great service and price!

The people at Enterprise were really great. I only use Enterprise as a last resort because their process or system of operating is frustrating. If you visit the Enterprise website and make a purchase/reservation you will pick a car, enter all your credit card information, and get a print-out with a confirmation number. BUT, when you arrive you will find that the card was not yet charged because they don't take payments in advance. At this point you have to give them your credit card information again. What was the purpose of entering the card info back when I was on their website? Who has that card info if Enterprise doesn't? Also I was not the card holder I was just the driver who flew in from out of state to help the card holder get home from a long stay in a hospital. AVIS let's me pay in advance. When I arrive I have a paid for car waiting. Much easier. I recommend AVIS.

Pricy rentals and custumer service didn't seem interested in showing their rentals or rates.

Great sales centre. Les our sales guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our orientation was smooth and done well. I would recommend this place if you are in the market for one of the brands that they carry. Update: Nov 22 , 2018. I had a small issue with the levelling jacks and they came out on site to correct it. Very professional and took care of what I needed! I would highly recommend them for your RV needs!

I really like the people that work there and their personalities. The dude with the beard is how I wish all people behind a counter were every day. Got a few rentals from them now, both times I have gotten clean and proper vehicles that I've enjoyed driving. They are clear and concise with their instructions and walk around. After returning the vehicle, they were courteous and gave me a ride back to my truck. Super happy with my experience and thank them for how what felt like the mundane ordeal of getting a rental was reasonably fun. And the gave me some skittles one time I was there and they had a huge bag behind the counter being passed around.

I've been using Hertz services for a long time now. I have rented in Europe, the east coast and the west. This had to be the top customer service experience I've had with Hertz. Mustafa was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. If every Hertz location was this pleasant to deal with, I would never consider another company again.

Very poor customer service. The dispatchers have hung up on me mid sentence multiple times. I've had plenty of bad experiences with this company. Poor wait time estimates and half the time they just don't show up at all. Please.. give your business to another cab company.

Used backcountry rentals the last 2 years during hunting season. They are always accommodating and will even go the extra mile to try and meet any requests you have. Anytime I need to rent a ATV, side by side or sled I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

The staff here are very friendly and were able to accommodate my requirements with very little notice. The trucks safety and repairs were done in a timely manner.
