Although the service disruption resulting from snow was certainly inconvenient, overall my experience with HàndyDart has been very positive. I have found their booking agents to be friendly and professional, and their drivers are overall very helpful. We are very lucky to have access to this great service at such a low cost!

I was Very impressed with my recent Handidart experience. My transfer bus was scheduled to arrive 1.5 to 2 Hours after I was to be dropped off in Surrey at the skytrain station but the operator I got very politely declined the opportunity to leave me alone in a scary skytrain station. Very professional service.

Rented a truck from these guys for an in town move. Matt, the guy at the counter was super helpful. Great service all around. Highly recommend. Will try this location again if I need to rent a truck. Thanks Matt.

They only have the smallest U haul 9' truck available here for rental

This was my first time renting a car. Booked a rental car easily online and picked it up a couple days after. Quick process and helpful associates. The guy who helped me was informative and offered telling me that I could go get a better deal for insurance from a nearby insurance agency ($10 a day coverage) that is less expensive than the insurance price they offered. Thank you so much, I feel much ease at coming back to Enterprise again for car rentals!

Their customer service was very bad. The agent at this location try to get extra money for ICBC car insurance claim in 2011. And this company let this agent put me on do not rent list without investigation what really happened. Until recently I have business trip to Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto several times and find out they put me on their do not rent list. Of cause I feel angry at first but I end up pretty happy because I went to other company get a better car for half price only. The Enterprise agent ask double price of other companies prices in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal.

Very nice employees and fast service. There is a.problem regarding parking your own vehicle. Lack of parking spots.
