Car Rental

Car itself is a bit beat up but that's expected of a rental car, nothing wrong with that. The issue is with the representative there, he told me to drive the car back empty tank so they can fill it cheaper than if I do it at the gas station. I was quite surprised but trusted him. Guess what the refill surcharge in the end for a tiny Nissan car that can be filled full at a gas station for 25 dollars is? 47 dollars, he lied to me and made me spend 22 dollars more. This rental place really really sucks.

I visited here last week to rent a car and the customer service is on point. The price is reasonable and I got the full coverage insurance. I will definetly visit boong boong motors again!

Terrible experience. Rental car was not at the location as it said was online. They called in the morning said it would be there in 10 min, took 45 min and i was late for my meeting. I rented because they had a car available. Don't trust their online stock availability.

Their office and lot isn't in the cleanest part of town, but they give great service. I showed up for the reservation made by my insurance company, and they took care of me quickly and efficiently. They put me in a nice clean car that ran well and had enough gas to get me to where I needed to go before having to refuel. The check in and pick up process could not have been smoother. I give Mr. Rent A Car zero stars. I have dealt with Mr. Rent A Car twice now. I have wanted to rent from them twice. Their service is subpar... They are rude and have no customer service at all. I would not rent from them if they paid me. I would not recommend them to anyone I know. There are so many car rental companies out there. Why would anyone chose them? Their service is superficial...They "cater" to certain clientel.. I was not one of their type of clientel...The only one nice working there was this gentleman called Brent. He is very hardworking and Brent is kind ,polite and sincere. Leonard is nice also.kind and polite. That is about it....

Perfect equipment and a good service! The vehicle and all equipment was like new and in a good condition. Return of vehicle was easy and fast - but the pickup took loong as there where dozends of customers at the same time. Hier wird auch deutsch gesprochen...
