Car Rental

I had booked a car for two days .When I go to the counter to make my reservation,a stuff said without a international driver license he cannot give me the car.Whats stupid thing it’s,there’s even no international driver license in China, its just a English translation of your driver license, without lawful effect.I bring myself original license And a notarial certificate, but it doesn’t work here. Besides,in the period of my reservation and arrival, nobody tell me about this. Terrible management there,I suppose if you want rent a car here in Yellowknife, you better choose another one,not national.

I love to drive

Price is fair and services was prompt, but the terms were not friendly We hired 6 seaters van at not a cheap rates, van was dirty and at not high quality which we understandable due to remote location of Yellowknife, they should provide unlimited miles. No one accompanying us to check the Van conditions which is not Hertz standard When we pickup the van it was not in full tank of gasoline, knowing this might be the previous guest issue but the Hertz should have top up rather told us to leave the van 3/4 full when returned the Van.

I was running very late for my flight out of Hay River. Gerry gave me a call to check in and make sure that I was on my way, he informed the airline that I was running late and asked them to wait for me, and he met me out in front of the terminal to make the car return as fast as possible. I don't think that I would have caught my flight without him going the extra mile for me. Overall it was a great experience!

Upgraded my rental no charge. Fast service explaining everything for charges.

Booked a vehicle with them only once, customer service was extremely poor. They had overbooked and did nothing to help once they had realized their mistake. They told me that they had a waiting list as they had overbooked too many people already.

Always Awsome and good service

The

Perfect, great people, I recommend!

Jill is First Rate ! Thank-you for the excellent rental service.

Really bad when you rent a car in the winter weather and it can't have winter tires on it. So not safe. I couldn't even turn the car around in my driveway. You need to rethink your policy.

Good deals

Steve and his team are fantastic people. Previously I was renting cars with Enterprise only but was well surprised by attention and excellent service from the Discount office in Bridgewater. It feels pretty much like a family-owned business with personal attitude, not a big company. Steve is very friendly and helpful, his team goes an extra mile to help you get on wheels no matter what. I'm a loyal Discount Cars client from now :)
