Worst experience ever, did not receive my car and was stranded at the train station for hours because their shuttle never showed up. Even more they couldn't even get him to answer his phone. Missed my business conference because of their horrible staff!

Had no car ready for me despite a reservation, Gabe me a run around and I ended up going to another branch in the West end to get a car. Just rent from someone else instead of dealing with them.

The best car rental service I ever have! The managers are nice and patiently, the vehicles are always well-prepared (snow-tires on in winter), and the price is great. I've been here twice and compared to my personal experiences (more than 20 times) from any other car rental companies all over Ottawa-Gatineau, I would say yes this is the best one! The only issue is the distance(a little bit far from ottawa), and I received the pick-up service (at history museum). And trust me, it's worth to even take an uber for renting the car from here.

Wow! The people working here are extremely nice and know what good customer service is all about. They pleasantly surprised me by upgrading my economy rental to a luxury one free of charge, and that certainly put a smile on my face. All Enterprise locations are generally friendly, but the people working here should be the precedent to what treating clients amazingly should be like.

Makes truck rentals quick and easy with very helpful staff

Booked a car online. Went to the location an hour after booking to only find out they don't have any available cars. They were not helpful and told me this happens all the time. I do not recommend using Hertz.

I am sharing my experience with Rapid Response. For 80% of the time, Rapid has picked me up and dropped me off with our anyway problems. Their drivers are hard working professionals and very polite. Their Van's are clean and functional most of the time. With that said, there are times when things don't go right. I am talking about the 20%. Their dispatchers are RUDE and could use customer service training. Here is an ideal, if you are going to be 15 minutes or more late picking up a scheduled appointment, why not call your customer and let them know and give them an update on when to expect someone. If your customer has to call for an update, the be rude and get upset with the customer, and don't ever tell me that you have to go because you have other calls. You make me feel like my isn't important and you will pick me up when you feel like it. I use your service 4 times a week. Regarding some of your Van's, the wheelchair straps don't work or the ramp, and some drivers don't clean them up. Also, get those warning lights fixed and turned off. Thanks for allowing me to share my Rapid response. Hopefully, someone in authority will rapidly respond to this post. You wouldn't want your love one to go threw this and have to wheel themselves back home. KB
