If I could give them ZERO I would. They have the absolute worst customer service and they use shady tactics to overcharge customers.

Not organized. I booked a car at 9:30 but then be told to wait for 2 or 3 hours for a car. We have plans and totally be wasted!

The employees are nice, but the disorganization in this place is quite high. They have zero system on how to take clients in and they’re doing a million things all at once instead of having each employee assigned to a duty. I was here for a good hour before leaving with a car, and it wasn’t even the type of car reserved for me because they didn’t have any. Oh they also make you prepay for all your days before which I have never heard of at enterprise or Avis.

It was an absolutely incredible experience. Everyone was super nice. Manager drove to another rental location to get us a grand caravan. No hassles, quick service. Will rent from here again

I've rented several times with the team at this location. Friendly and helpful service. Sometimes not as prompt but it does tend to get busy at the location. Will continue to book with Budget/Avis and recommend to fellow drivers.

Picked up a car for a short trip. Super clean car, exactly what I needed. All staff was very easy to deal with. Saturday worker Brody was very helpful. Highly recommend this spot

Really great customer service here from both Amar and Yousseff. I booked an hour prior to arriving and they only had two vehicles, a Cadillac CTS and a minivan of some sort. My online caa reservation was for a full size and they allowed me to take the Cadillac for the same price. Really nice ride and easy rental process. Will definitely be coming back for my rentals going forward.

Reserved 1 month in advance, didnt have truck on hand when we arrived, had to wait 45 minutes.

Honestly one of the best service I have ever got, was able to book it easily and the car was clean and in good conditions. They are very nice and friendly and the price was more than fair
