Be warned, if you choose prepayment and bring the car back early you get NO money back. Do not prepay, in fact do not use AVIS if you can help it. I will never deal with them again. $130 ripoff.

This shop buys totaled cars that were in accidents, fixes them up at their partner/mechanic shop and sells them for almost double. They also hire people to work in their office without paying them. I was hired by Kassem and Mike. (You know Mike Hammoud you see listed here in the reviews leaving five stars? Lol smh) I was promised an office, a salary and I was hired as the secretary. They insisted I use my own car to run errands for them all day and was given $20 for gas after a week. Then I’m getting paid hourly supposedly. Then I’m not getting my own office and then ..... after I admitted that I’m a LICENSED medical marijuana patient, I was told “this isn’t going to work out”...... and then I wasn’t never paid for the week I worked. Even more odd is that my resume states my past FOUR years of job experience were in the marijuana industry and they didn’t even think to ASK if I was a patient? Hmmm Then the guy Kassem tells me it’s ok that Mike is an idiot, he will just get me job at one of his brothers other dealerships. Then blocked my Number when I asked if Mike is going to pay me for the days I worked..... Shady shady shady. I have reported them to several agencies. So just be on alert when dealing with scammers. And Make sure you do a car fax on your car if you purchase from them!

I rent the car one and half month before and i paid the toll fee cash at the gate . till now avis debited my credit card twice for toll fee!! Why!!

I’m the person that always refers to the reviews so it’s only right I leave a review. I dealt with Frank and let me start off by saying he’s a very nice and professional guy. I came after hours to get my rental and he happen to still be there open the doors and provided me with service. I was referred by a family member who praised the business so I had to see for myself and he proved them right! So no need to look further visit Budget in Dearborn and you will be satisfied. Thanks Frank!

BEWARE OF UNKNOWN HOLDS: At first I thought this place was really good, they were accommodating and answered all my questions. I told them I might return my rental a day early they said no problem I'd only be charged for the days I used it. When I returned the car I decided to pay with a different card than what I gave them at the beginning; again they said no problem. However OVER a week later I had a hold on my original card for the final amount even though the transaction was processed on the second card I used. I called them, they said there was no hold and talk to a manger. No manager called me back so I had to call again and still no one had an answer for this and I was told to call Visa. Visa then told me to get it removed I'd have to have the merchant call with an authorization number. After going back and fourth with Budget Customer Service and Visa for 2 hours, finally ONE person at budget told me that when you switch cards they place a hold on the original card to make sure the transaction passes on the second one. The hold usually drops off once this is confirmed but it can take up to 7 business days. I was in AWE that out of the 3 people I spoke to at the car rental location and the 3 people I spoke to in customer service ONE was able to tell me why this happened. BEWARE of this trick when/if you change your mind on which card to use, because no one apparently knows about it so you won't be told.

The people that work here are amazing. I sat waiting for my van to be ready when someone else came in asking about a car. Had to be same size as the one they usually drove. Personnel were kind enough to point to a similar sized Ford but she said it was too big on the inside. They offered the customer a large car instead of a small CUV, but it was too small. The customer noted my personal vehicle and asked if it was for rent, of course they said no, but a branch had one that was 6 minutes away. Was in black like mine? No, it was silver. Customer didn't want it, plus six minutes away was too far. They went on like this for 20 minutes, looking at cars, having this converstation about how they called ahead and the staff agreed they had, and that the original car they showed the customer was the same class as thier own personal car. The person renting got upset, asked where the next nearest rental place was, demanded to see what was at other lots at other locations... Well, the people working the counter never faltered, never lost their smile or their cool. Helped this person in every way possible. I've never seen such professionalism. People waiting in line were getting uncomfortable for the people working the desk, but they got the customer what they wanted with a smile and a wave and carried on with the next person. Will rent there again just for that reason. They also did a great job getting my rental van ready and were really helpful to me as well.

ON 6.7.23 I GOES BACK TO ENTERPRISE AND TALKED TO JOSH AND GOT XAVIER'S NAME I NEEDED IT FOR CORPORATE AND JOSH SAID OH THAT'S WHY YOU CAME BACK IN HERE ETC.. I TOLD HIM YES AND I GOT WHAT I NEEDED DONE HE SAID WHERE DID YOU GO ETC.. HE LOOKED UP MY ACCOUNT AND SAID OH YOU CALLED TEXAS I SAID NO I CALLED 855 266 9565 HE WANTED TO ARGUE LIKE A LIL BITCH WE EXCHANGED A FEW WORDS I TOLD HIM Y'ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHIT AND I WON'T BE BACK HERE.. JOSH THEN SAID I DID NOTHING BUT TRIED TO HELP YOU WHICH YOU DID BUT YOU BIG MAD CAUSE I GOT THE DRIVER ON AND IT WAS HELL FROM THERE I'LL NEVER RENT FOR LINCOLN PARK ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL AGAIN THEY SAY NEVER SAY NEVER BUT I PROMISE I WON'T RENT FROM THERE AGAIN IN LIFE

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WILL TREAT U.LIKE FAMILY I CAN DEFENITELY SAY 100% THAT THIS IS ONE OF SEVERAL ENTERPRISE LOCATIONS ACROSS METRO DETROIT THAT REALLY OPERATE AS THIER SLOGAN SAYS!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY WISH THE ROCHESTER HILLS AUBURN RD/ROCHESTER ROAD LOCATION TO LEARN FROM THESE FOLKS WHAT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LIKE !!! I WILL DEFENITELY GO BACK AGAIN EVEN THOUGH ITS FAR FROM TROY WHERE I LIVE. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF U AMEN
