Nice staff

Did not deliver the car that was booked. Stuck with truck for wedding and then charged crazy amount for vehicle. Stay away from them. I will never use Budget or Avis again, thanks Christopher. I can not complain about their service, they do not have any service . Hertz will be our new rental company - try them you will be very pleased

I'm an avis preferred member i arrived to the airport and they wanted to charge me 20 dollars per day for winter tires. There is not an actual preferred area so you have to do a line and pick up the keys.

Don’t rent from this location , will try to scam you as much as they can and won’t answer the phone

Fast efficient service. I have visited this location a couple times this month and find the staff engaged and hospitable.

Excellent service from Hiva Mikail. Price was a bit steep and it's ridiculous that online bookings are ignored and they don't stock any compact/economy cars.

Very convenient pick-up and drop-off at Ottawa airport. Good pricing through Costco and very clean cars.

Had a reservation weeks in advance only to be called an hour before pick up and told that the car was unavailable. Not the first time this has happened with this company. Gave this branch a chance . . . never again

This was by far the cheapest and best experience I've had renting a vehicle. Priya and her staff gave excellent service and went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will definitely recommend them to anybody.
