Car Rental

John is the single and only reason I used U-Haul after some bad experiences. I recently relocated from Sudbury to BC and needed a truck and trailer for my car. John gave me his word that he’d locate and hold the newest truck and best condition car carrier he could find. He came through on this and I had no issues getting to my destination. Just when I thought this seemingly perfect experience couldn’t get any better, John offered to come in on his day off and while the shop was closed (Sunday) and help me hook up the trailer and show me around the safety features of the unit before I left the city. Huge thank you to John and all the help he’s given me. He also changed out my front window and was over $100 cheaper than speedy! Thank you John and best of luck in the future!

I have rented cars from Enterprise twice, the first time an F150 and the second a Chevy Cruz. Both times were quite pleasant, the first rental we had a particularly helpful sales assistant who informed me of the Penn State discount without prompting and helped us despite us not having booked a car. The 4 star is only because when we rented the Chevy Cruz the replace oil light went on immediately when we started driving the car.

Friendly and accommodating staff. My number one place for all my car rentals.

Service was good. No complaints about that however it would be nice if the person at the desk smiled a bit more. Not too welcoming to say the least.

I found nearly everything I was looking for for a dollar.

Even though they did not have a U-haul at the time, I was kindly assured that they could call me back if they had a rental. Which I greatly appreciated, every other uhaul place yelled at me, swore at me, or hung up on me and were exremely rude. Because they were closed Sunday, Monday and I needed the rental for Sunday. Thank you so much! Remember your kindness always goes a long way if this is what people have to deal with.

Do not rent here. They are running a “bait and switch” scam. The will take your reservation and send you a confirmation email, but there are no cars available for rent here. Instead, 45 minutes after your pickup time an employee will arrive and take you to Bell’s Corners where they might have a car for you to rent. If your destination is Bell’s Corners that results in you only being 45 minutes late, but if you are headed downtown, east or south you will be 90 minutes late.

I chose this rental provider because they were $2/day cheaper than a national brand in Priceline. Bad move. Do not rent from Executive for a few dollars savings. I got stopped by police within hours of renting because the plates are expired. Of course I am not liable but it disrupted my schedule. Before that, I waited 30+ minutes in line at the facility on a Saturday afternoon when they scheduled one counter worker (he was nice, but subjected to unhappy customers one after another - a management issue). They seem to have manual (slow) processes where they Xerox every person's license and require additional insurance check if your personal insurance is on a car older than 5 years. With one worker, it took far to long for a customer in front of me to call her insurance on a Saturday afternoon to speak with the desk agent and provide whatever verification Executive needs. I've never seen that before. The "best" (sarcasm) thing about my rental is that it took 15-20 minutes to get the shuttle, which is not as frequent as other rental providers. The car had crushed M&Ms and popcorn in the trunk that I had to clean out myself before loading suitcases. After the long line, there was no way I was going to ask the single desk worker to remedy that issue and make the rest of the line wait.

Don't go there you will be greeted by Ashley. She is a disgusting human being.
