Sitting here waiting for my 6 week appointment at the Hampton Wellness Centre for Lyme and I see the book on the waiting room table my Dr. took part in writing. So exciting...Dr. Marie Matheson of the Hampton Wellness Centre gave me hope when I had none. She dried my tears and held my hand and promised me I would get better.... and I have. She saved my life. A life I didn't want to live anymore. It's a big deal. She's a big deal. There are alternatives for health care. I hope one day that conventional Drs. and Holistic Drs. can work together for the benefit of their patients. I attended an essential oils conference in Toronto and a US Dr. actually gives his patients the option of how they want to be treated. And he supports both. There is a need for both. When I thought I had run out...I'm glad I had the option. And now my family will be turning to the Hampton Wellness Centre again for the treatment of our daughter and her recent "diagnosis" of Lyme. I'm not so scared this time around. 💕 Oh and I just realized it's Happy Lyme Anniversary to me !! It's been one year since I'd been diagnosed. I am thankful for this gift. I truly am. It's made me a better person by a million. 💚

Dr Cole provides a safe, warm and welcoming environment for clients. He is invested in his work and truly cares for his clients. He constantly provides helpful information on my condition and suggests appropriate exercises for home practice to further help my condition. He is very skillful at what he does. As a bonus, he is really funny! I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bourgaize for the past ten years. He has treated me for lower back strain and muscle spasms, and I have always been more than pleased with the results. I continue to see him on a regular basis, and by doing so I am more flexible and pain free. If I have a setback Dr. Bourgaize has always given me an appointment right away, no matter how busy his schedule is he will always fit his patients in. He and his office staff are always friendly and very caring.

Chiropractic services: I started treatment with Dr. Dirk Keenan approximately 2 months ago, for lower back and neck pain, along with intense and debilitating sciatica. Dr. Keenan is personable, professional, knowledgeable, extremely wise and experienced, and very compassionate. He customizes a patient’s treatment to their lifestyle, their needs and preferences, and of course to their end goal in recovery/maintenance/all around good health. He provides advice and education on lifestyle changes that will best promote your healing and revised journey to health and wellness (including exercises and suggested nutrition to aid in your recovery), and is very attuned to other areas of your body that may require professional examination/consultation (i.e., thyroid and adrenal issues, to name a couple). I have learned a lot about my health under Dr. Keenan’s watchful care, and would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a chiropractor. If you are like me, you may be hesitant to ‘subject’ yourself to adjustments and realignments, but the overall treatment is surprisingly pleasant and even refreshing/rejuvenating. Many people have visions of being wrestled into manual adjustments like some scene from a crazy cartoon, but in reality Dr. Keenan makes frequent use of a device known as an Activator Adjusting Instrument. This instrument delivers a spring-loaded gentle impulse force to the targeted area with the goal of restoring motion – and it’s amazing how well (and instantly) it works! Manual adjustments are sometimes required as well, but never done without the knowledge and consent of the patient – if they are at all trepidatious, Dr. Keenan will stick with using the activator. The staff at Keenan Health Centre are all very professional, amiable and extremely helpful and caring. The atmosphere of the Centre is one of calm, relaxation, and positivity. I highly recommend Dr. Keenan for your chiropractic needs, and there are other services available at the Centre as well that I am confident will provide you with the appropriate tools to improve your overall health and wellness.

I was recommended by a family member to go see Dr.Brar for a pain I had for almost 2 years. Even though I live about 1 hours away, it was worth the trip because No body knew what was wrong until I met Dr Brar, within my first session he had already an ideal of what was wrong. I like how every time I go see him he uses different techniques and takes the time to give great advice on how to get back on track to recovery from my injury He changed my life, thank you so much for giving me my life back pain free. Now I can honestly say I can get threw my days without pain.

Can't say enough good things about Dr Taylor and KEHG. I was introduced to Joanna after a sport related incident left me barely able to turn my head. This therapy was amazing. BrainCore Therapy. You watch Netflix. It adjusts the brightness of the screen based on reading your brainwaves. I've never experienced such change. It actually works. I've talked, walked, listened, and tried everything except chemicals, but this actually makes you realize the changes you want. You have the ability to choose how you want to think differently, but then actually be able to do it. Easiest therapy - you watch anything you want - comedy, tv show, doc., episodic, doesn't matter. But the main difference, is you don't realize things and try to change them in "x" way - you change, and then you realize why. it's amazing. it actually . helps you to heal and change in ways you've wanted to for maybe even decades, and haven't been able to.

I started to visit chiropractor Dr. Maryam at the beginning of April 2017. As a patient, I was suffering from agonizing pain and limitation in ranges of motion in my right shoulder. I was diagnosed by Dr. Maryam with severe frozen shoulder and bursitis. My chiropractor prescribed me 10 sessions of Shockwave Therapy, Spinal Manipulation, and Acupuncture Therapy. The regimen of treatment was very helpful in improving blood circulation, reduce scar tissues and eliminate pain. At the end of the 10th session, I was able to witness 50% improvement in my condition! In my opinion, Dr. Maryam is the best chiropractor I have ever met in Ottawa. I have faith in her practice and am still going once a week to see her.

Dr. Quirk is adaptable to my needs and knows exactly what to do to alleviate back pain and discomfort. Chiropractic is the best treatment for the spine that there is.

I have seen all the doctors (Dr. Gorka, Dr. Creaser, and Dr. Castonguay) at this office at one time or another, and they are always thorough, attentive, and caring. If it takes extra time to properly diagnose/perform an adjustment they do it. The rooms are clean, the girls at the front dest always greet clients with a smile, and I'm always excited to have an adjustment. I will be a client for many years to come because the benefits of chiropractic care are vast and diverse.
