I just walked in at 4:50 {open until five regularly}and Ursala literally told me to get out as they were closed. She was so rude that I will be coming to pick up my parcel this week and I will never be back. I will be calling Purolator as well to inform them of the awful customer service being provided.. It's one thing to be closed early, it's another to be so rude to customers they never want to step foot in the business again.. I guess it's not just milennials who have poor customer service these days.. shame.

We have used them once before months ago and I forgot to review so our first experience was job well done! I am biking for spring cleaning so may edit review since I come from a military Italian home... but first job well done and would recommend!
Edited: The two ladies we had yesterday for our deep cleaning were professional, very nice and wow what a job! They were fast. Highly now recommend this company as it is the second time we used them and won’t be the last!

We had tried to get a quote from Flametech and they wanted over $100 just for a quote. We tried Alexander chimney and decided to go with them to fix our chimney and insert and were very very happy. Will be calling them again soon for the other part of our chimney.
