Cleaning

Excellent service with a smile

Shack Master cleaned my gutters and my windows (outside). They were polite, professional and thorough. They even went over and above when cleaning up and raked the side path of my house. I would definitely recommend Shack Master and will use their services again.

I have used Regency Cleaning for many years and keep referring them to other satisfied customers. They work very fast and do a good clean and always over deliver. Raphael and Joe are awesome guys and always do what they say. Not only this but my toilets have never been so clean. They work with many high profile companies who all will give amazing references. You wont be disappointed.

Always a good experience.

My wife and I recently bought an older house in Nanaimo. The gutters were on their last legs. We received a competitive quote from Tom to replace the gutters. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what was needed. I had done my own research on gutter guards and some pricey solutions that wouldn't work given our particular situation (lots of tall trees on the property). I appreciate that he could have made extra money by just going along with my ideas but instead was professional and honest about getting me the right solution that was cost-effective. Tom undertook the work on the dates he specified, he kept us in the loop on the project, and did a roof cleaning which really did wonders for its appearance. I definitely highly recommend Tom the Gutterman.

Having had carpets cleaned before with mixed results, we decided to try somewhere else. We called a few places for a quote and even though Citrus O was just a little bit more expensive than most, (not a lot when you get passed the teaser ads and add everything up), we decided to give them a try. We are absolutely delighted with the results!! You can't even tell where the high traffic areas are. The carpet around where area mats are, which are notoriously darker than where the mats sit, are not discernible from the covered areas. They arrived when promised and delivered a superior job!! Thanks Citrus O!

The ladies that clean my house always do a great job. If I need something special done I just leave a note and they always get it done. They are very hardworking and I appreciate the extra little things they do to make my home look great! I would highly recommend their services.

Clean and friendly, helpful staff

If you're staying at a resort in the area, do yourself a favour and drop your laundry here. Prices are very reasonable.

Great 24 hour laundromat with views of the channel! Forgot your detergent? They got some next door at the convenience cheap.

My car was beautiful! Immaculate in fact. I also really appreciate the consideration I received from the owner when he realized I had some mobility issues. I’ll take my car back again next year for sure.

Great work fixing a pair of ripped jeans I brought in

Not the fastest, but they do a great job. Friendly as well.
