Cleaning

Great all natural cleaning company! They are punctual, friendly and they work fast. Would definitely recommend.

BEST CLEANING SERVICE I'VE COME ACROSS. THE OWNER, ELEANOR IS A TRAIL BLAZER IN THE CLEANING INDUSTRY. CLEANING WITH HIGH TECH FIBRES AND SO MUCH MORE. I'M ALLERGIC TO MOST CLEANERS AND THE ADDED SCENTS IN EVERYTHING AND THIS COMPANY DOESN'T USE MASKING SMELLS TO SURFACES TO APPEAR CLEAN. THEY GET THE REAL CLEAN AND THE DIFFERENCE IS AMAZING - WINDOWS, MIRRORS WITH NO RESIDUE STAY CLEAN. BECAUSE I ASK QUESTIONS, THEY ARE TEACHING ME ABOUT REAL CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE. THE OWNER AND STAFF AND FRIENDLY AND FUN PEOPLE. MAKES ME WANT TO CLEAN TOO! THEY HAVE A GOOD TIME AT WORK.

After experiencing severe hail damage to our property in August of 2018, our insurance company recommended PROSTAR Cleaning & Restoration and I am so glad they did. PROSTAR promptly assess damages and submitted our claim to the insurance company. Once approved, PROSTAR coordinating all aspects of the project to ensure the hail damage repairs were completed efficiently and in a timely manner. All trades people were very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We sincerely appreciate how PROSTAR managed this project for us and WILL DEFINITELY be looking to engage PROSTAR services in the future. Thank you PROSTAR! (FIVE GOLD STARS from us) Judy M

We called Dave the furnace guy to come clean our disgustingly (and embarrassingly) dirty furnace. We have been putting this off too long, mostly because of all the rip off artists out there just scoping out your house. Well was I pleasantly surprised. From the time the (what throughout the cleaning process looked like a wacky waving arm inflatable tub man ) truck pulled up in front of our house until it was fading down the driveway, all my expectations were exceeded. First off, he was extremely punctual . Secondly he was friendly, not scary, as most furnace cleaners can be. He and his assistant were look you in the eye shake your hand kind of people. His young swarthy assistant being just as amazing and polite. They came and checked out all the vents and gave us a quote before they started their work. Great payment options including e transfer!!! Ridiculously convenient! This goliath of a man, as well as his young handsome assistant not only did NOT rip us off, they gave us tips on how to maintain our furnace better and make air flow in our home more efficient. He even went so far as to compliment my husband on his looks. It made me look at my husband in a whole new way. The price and time Dave quoted us was 100% accurate. I will be calling these guys again, and looking forward to seeing them!!

Exceptional!!! So impressed with the work and professionals. Chemdry system is so superior. 5 stars would help highly recommend! Sandy Toner Sherwood Park

Used these guys for furnace and duct cleaning and also carpet cleaning. They came full force with 2 trucks and Sheldon with 3 staff members. They were great! Very experienced and they took the time to come and show me 3 different areas of my system that needed extra attention or in 1 case my dryer vent was disconnected and he fixed it for me. NO EXTRA CHARGES ! Very great service, very great company!

We live in a time where good quality help can be difficult to find. Dan's Carpet Cleaning is that good quality help. Dan came in, fixed the wrinkled carpet, shampooed everything, and took great care to make sure hoses and equipment didn't interfere with baseboards and casings. Great attention to detail and we will be using him again as often as we need him. Thank you Dan.

I would give less of a rating if I could!!! This company is a complete joke!! They have cancelled appointments on me 3 times causing myself and my husband to miss time at work. My first appointment with them was booked be back in November 2017 and today was suppose to be our 3rd attempt an the appointment!! - Today they claim it is to cold to do the job. A simple phone call to 2 other furnace companies proved that it is actually is not too cold for the job. The manager (Robbie I believe his name is) is full of nothing but excuses and lies and clearly has zero desire to keep customers happy. When you call in they never pick up the phone and you can never leave a message because their voicemail is always full! Please take my advise and save yourself the trouble and NEVER use this company!!

Had a great experience with Rod and his swamper. Friendly, worked hard and quick, and I immediately noticed a difference in the air quality and heat distribution in the house. Will be using again when it's time

The service technician was thorough and completed the cleaning in a timely manner. I woul definitely use this sevicee again

Very active guy good customer services handy staff to deal with

Looking for a new cleaners that is closer to home. I just called to ask how much to launder a shirt. JUST 1 shirt. $6.50! I see Dale on an earlier rating stated the same. I appreciate the response from the owner, but my shirts don't need repair. And I can guarantee you are not the one one using "the best soap!". Also when you google the company, a picture of a house shows up not the place of business. For $6.50 a shirt...I think you can at least get this right. Obviously going to stick with my dry cleaners.

The best cleaning company
