These guys are fantastic. The owners take the time to come in person and make you feel special and the cleaning is top notch. I will definitely be having them back on a weekly basis.

Posting this at 8:15 am in front of the store which is still closed. Store hours on the door state "8:00-6:00pm". Stood outside for 15 minutes for the owner to arrive and open up. Unfortunately, some of us have tight schedules and depend on advertised hours to get our dry cleaning in. Needless to say, I will not be bringing any more of my dry cleaning here. People who can't respect other people's time don't deserve their business.

0 STARS! I have had their service for 3 + years now - have made several complaints to them but didn't terminate my account because I mostly dealt with Mike and he's a fairly reasonable person. The 2-3 times I have interacted with the other co-owner Angela, I must say this - she is the most arrogant service provider I have had to converse with. Every time I complained,(so far once every few months) I sent them clear pictures of how the house was not cleaned (especially if I leave the key for the cleaners and am not home). Then I have to make sure I am able to stay home for them to come do a redo - waste of my time and no, they don't pay me back for my time or give me discount for not cleaning properly! Most of their cleaners are chain smokers, they smoke right outside the house before entering. When they come in, they leave that disgusting smoke smell in my entire house - multiple times I had requested them to give me one team so I know who is coming and that I am not okay with smokers entering my house - they don't understand that so I had to finally tell them that my kid suffers from asthma so they cannot send smokers. I had two teams that were always good - they leave because obviously they also don't like arrogance in their boss. But this last incident was the final straw. My husband was home and they didn't clean anything. They literally have to clean 1 master bedroom with washroom upstairs and a family room, kitchen, half washroom and the laundry room downstairs. They were rushing throughout the clean - broke my wax warmer, one cleaner forgot her shoes in my house, they left their cleaning cloths all around the house and they did not clean anything. The carpet in my room was not vacuumed instead their vacuums left rubber marks on my carpet. The counter tops in my washroom and the floors were not vacuumed or mopped. There was so much dust on my side tables and all my windows. I sent them an email with pictures - Angela calls me for a redo - at this time I have already cleaned my house because I had guest coming on the weekend. I ask her if I am going to be charged for this 'uncleaned' clean and she arrogantly says 'Yes , of course. We are offering you a redo'. Are you kidding me? She talks as if she is doing a big favour for me. Ridiculous ! It is stressful to work with their company. DO NOT HIRE THEM! I highly recommend finding a better cleaning company. They obviously don't care about loyal customers or cleaning houses professionally.

If it's possible to give a negative star I would have. Let me start off by saying that I'm not the type to write a bad feedback. This stitch it location at yorkdale deserves it. I walked in in the middle of a client and an employee arguing so I minded my own business not knowing this storm was headed my way. The lady who I initially spoke with the first time I dropped off my pants was the one who greeted me when I picking up my pants. She dismissed me first, then continued to say they didn't bother to sew my pants. Why you ask? Apparently I should have watched my pants. Even though it was the same lady who inspected them and said absolutely nothing the first time. I continued by asking why they failed to call me (they had 4 days in between) as I live very far to yorkdale and the blond lady said "I don't know". How do you run a business by answering to your customer " I don't know?" she said I could come back if I wanted, as if I was willing to make a second trip. I think for me that's what disappointed me and I seriously found them unprofessional on all levels. I immediately wanted a refund which is what I asked for. Do not go to this location, I promise you can find better service else where.

Babayans was recommended to me by Templeton, an authority when dealing with rugs. They were prompt, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and also clean wall hangings and tapestries. Special thanks to the delivery driver for insuring the rugs were rolled and returned expertly.

Amazing staff. I called back after forgetting about my items for almost a year. They were perfectly polite and courteous and quickly verified having my items. Very organized and professional. I highly recommend!

Tried the service for around a month. Had some scheduling issues where i was informed at 10 in the night that the cleaning would not take place the following day when it was committed before. I was not satisfied with the kitchen cleaning. Counter tops and sink were not professionally scrubbed and dsinfected as I was told it would be. Garbage was not taken out at least twice. Table in my kids room was not cleaned and left sticky. I also had an issue with the speed. My basement is just a hall with minimal furniture and 2 hours were spent just there and consequently other important areas were ignored.
