Fast and good customer service

Many thanks to Team 7 for cleaning my house yesterday. It was a pleasure to walk into my home after Tina, Cora and Jay had worked their magic. Everything sparkled and smelled wonderful!

For very simple repairs and alterations they seem fine, but I wouldn’t do anything important or major there. This is the second time in the last few years I’ve brought stuff there to be worked on. Thursday I dropped off a pair of jeans that needed a zipper replaced and a swimsuit that I wanted lined. Told me it would be ready (today) Monday afternoon. Went to pick up my items, and it took him almost 10 minutes to find my swimsuit, which wasn’t even done so I asked for a refund on that item, which he gave me. After locating my swimsuit he had trouble finding my jeans, he passed it 4 times and it wasn’t even crowded on the rack it was hanging on with the other item they had there. Very unorganised. At least my jeans were fixed, but I was annoyed that the swimsuit wasn’t done, as I go on vacation in a few days.

I just had my windows cleaned by sparkle and I am very happy! They did a wonderful job and were very polite and sweet as well. I only got one of their names, so if you use sparkle for your windows make sure and ask for Govanni because he is the BEST!

I didn't end up using this service because it would have cost more than the bag was worth, however I would still recommend them. They were very honest and transparent with their pricing. They were so nice, super polite, and very accommodating.
