I have had many shirts and pants taken in to Master's Cleaners at 197 Sheppard Ave. E. North York. for over a year. Each time they have had the clothes available for pickup when promised, and have a done great job of removing stains. I have had both dry cleaning and laundry done. The cost is reasonable and the owner is often in the store and very friendly. They also have another location which I've not been to, and sell Korean skin products which I have not used and cannot comment on.

Ridiculous pricing. I just don’t understand how it could cost $150 to dry clean two jackets. Won’t visit again and certainty would not recommend it to anyone.

Fast turnaround, excellent customer service, lots of parking at the back and a covered walkway to the storefront. Definitely an asset within the community.

Paradise Custom Cleaners is an amazing dry cleaning store I absolutely love the free pickup and delivery, it is awesome especially in the winter. I will always recommend paradise to anybody interested.Not only is the Cleaning quality great, the store owner is very friendly and is very knowledgeable about dry cleaning and overall clothes, always very pleasant experiences with him.

They care about the work that they do. They are responsive, responsible, trustworthy and do great work.

Finally I found a place authorized to dry clean Canada Goose jacket. Very happy with the result.

One star is even too much for a loyal customer to leave the store in TEARS. Your loyalty or business means nothing to these people. I recently took 3 jeans to shorten with original hem (one was my mom’s). Although this place is no longer close to me, I still chose them because I’d gone to them SO many times when I lived in the condos above for 3 years and they did a good job. I even recommended them to my mom and many others because of that even though they charge a bit more than other places. This time when picking up, only 2 out of 3 jeans were ready and without any notification. Although annoying since we don’t live close, the tardiness wasn’t even the main issue. My mom and I both noticed the hemming wasn’t up to the usual quality and the stitches were crooked too. I expressed my disappointment and tried to explain what I think is wrong with it and figure out if it’s fixable. The owner said she doesn’t see the problem and was very facially expressive about her annoyance with us and was dismissive and rude. I wanted to pay for the jeans that were ready and pick up the other one tomorrow. She was very frustrated with separating the bill and said we can pay tomorrow. We left unhappy and shocked with the rude behaviour. I decided to go back just a bit later and explain to her what I mean so maybe we can have them re-done. She called alteration guy and he said he can’t do anything about it and he refuses to fix my other jeans that he has and hasn’t finished yet because we complained!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is when I actually got upset and said how disappointed I am that I was a being refused service because of THEIR mistake on my brand new jeans that I TRUSTED them with. I mentioned that I’d supported them for 3yrs since they opened their business and brought customers to them and in return I got the angry husband telling me off and they looked up my profile to show me I only spent $50 there EVER. (my recent bill alone was over $60 and I’ve been going to them very frequently for 3 years spending AT LEAST $20 each time. I got recipes too you know!!!) Her husband started recording us without our consent and when I called them out on it and he kept getting angrier and said if I write a bad review he’ll send that and my profile to every business in the city!!!! At this point my mom and I just wanted to pay and go. I had my card ready and I was in tears begging for them to charge my card so we can go but they wouldn’t take the money. The husband sees me crying he still managed to attack me and ask me to leave. I wanted to pay so I can come and pick up my other jeans tomorrow which was still in their tailors possession. My mom and I paid by leaving cash for them on the counter because it was NEVER about the money. It was about refusing me a service you promised because I called you out on the mistake that YOU made on my brand new jeans that I TRUSTED you with. There were SO many other ways you could’ve handle this situation like trying to do a better job on the next one or even at the least just treating us politely. We didn’t even ask for a discount or not pay, all we wanted was to see if we can fix the mistake. You know I was your customer from the beginning and you pull up a profile to try to gaslight me into thinking that I wasn’t and didn’t spend much supporting your business or my business isn’t valuable. We both know the truth. I got recipes too. Needless to say I will NEVER go back. I’ll also tell everyone I know about this treatment so they can spend their money where it’s appreciated. Hope your conscience is clear when you go to bed at night knowing how you and your husband treated me and my mom.
