I just got off the phone with a lady from the company whom answer the phone with no greeting was just " Hello." as if it was her personal line. And let just say by the end of the phone conversation, she just hung up the phone on me, i was not pleased and dumbfounded due to their unprofessional-ism, did not have a good vibe. they do not know what they are doing at all. i wouldn't recommend this service at all, if you are looking for commercial cleaning. if i can rate this place would be - 5 stars!!!!

I had to get my bridesmaids dress altered in a pinch, just days before the wedding, and not only were they able to alter it in such a short amount of time, the alteration was perfect and the price was extremely reasonable compared to other dry cleaners in the area.
Very friendly and skilled lady who owns the place. Definitely recommend!

Horrendous customer service!!!! Took them 2 weeks to do 0 alterations. Showed up on the day I was supposed to pick up the items at 3pm and they told me to come back after 6pm so they can do a 1 hour rush job. WHAT A JOKE!!! Save your money and don't go there. Business has gone downhill ever since the last owner sold Tailors choice. This place does not care for excellence alterations but simply make money.

Proper dry cleaning service at great affordable prices. Very honest and not out there to rip you off, for example...had a problem with the zipper on one of my jackets, everywhere else I went to told me I need a new zipper from top to bottom. She fixed it for $5 and I didn't need a new zipper. Still works fine today if not better than when I bought it !!! She also hemmes clothes at very low negotiable prices. Recommend this place to people that require this kind of service. 👍 👍 👍
