very rude and racist don’t take ur business there . i called to make an inquiry the lady (who is asian)hung up on me so i walked in to just make sure . i asked for the owner she said she is the owner and she doesn’t need to explain herself to me since she was being rude even in person n said she doesn’t need my peoples business she has over 8000 customers as a black person i was offended so i took my business elsewhere . she has no customer service etiquette at all. will be lodging a complaint with LLBO for sure

High cost, low quality and unprofessional staff. Best stay away. They lost one of my shirts and refused to provide any compensation at all. I had to involve the Bayview Village management office. What at awful experience.

I've been going to PLC for years and I couldn't be any more happier. Best dry cleaning company in the city. Impeccable service- Love the personalized email/text message notifications when clothes are ready. They also offer free drop off/ pick up services. From business clothing, wedding dress to alterations-I wouldn't trust my clothes anywhere else!!!!

Such a warm reception! Very knowledgeable about any kind of drapery materials and how they react to cleaning solutions. Honest opinions. I called several drapery places and they all recommended Drapery master cleaning service. There does not seem to be such a service in Richmond Hill or Markham! Good business opportunity for someone. Do not take drapes to a dry cleaner. They either send them to Drapery Master and charge you $85 a panel instead of $40-50 or atempt to do it themselves. Pricing depends on material and size. (Floor length and 2.5ft wide.)

Pricing very competitive, less expensive than most for great service. Very Prompt, even same day. Carpets and tile floors were cleaned. Everything looks brand new. Very professional. They even clean furniture.
