If I could give this a 0, I would. Maybe a 00. I brought my winter jacket here to dry clean, (fully in tact, and very expensive brand, costed $1200) and when I received it back, the ZIPPER WAS BROKEN and thrown in the pocket. When I came to pick it up I told the lady they broke my zipper and needs to be fixed. and she said she would ask her boss. I got a phone call the next day, and they said the boss refused to fix it because they said IT WAS ALREADY BROKEN. Terrible.. So i picked it up from the owner and told her, and she could care less because shes a rude lady who doesnt deserve to be here. Dont bring your clothes to her. Do yourself a favor. And do us a favor and get this place SHUT DOWN. There's a way better cleaners across the street or down the street, walking distance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Now we had to take my jacket to another place where we had to pay $70+. AVOID

Despite not having availability to send a technician immediately, Owen from A-1 patiently addressed many of my concerns over the phone, shared his wealth of knowledge and helped guide me to a solution - all free of cost. Much appreciated!

Not happy with the service, aside from a small entrance carpet that went missing a couple of months ago, they have now lost $1000 worth of clothes....I dropped off at the end of May a CK men's suit, a youth suit, toddler suit pants, 2 now ties, 3 dress shirts, and a ladies floral dress and they are unable to locate it and even accused me of having sent it somewhere else for cleaning...yet I had a yellow slip that they now won't return to me because they claim I can't do anything with it. I have been following up with them since June/July. The least they could dobis take accountability for their mistake and compensate me for the loss. The youth suit was a gift from my mother for my child's 1st communion. Worn once. It's a real shame.

The technician who cleaned our carpet was punctual and did great with his work. Our carpet now looked good as new. Such excellent service! I really appreciate their work!

An absolutely dehumanizing and humiliating experience! I arrived here for an interview, after being offered employment, but was told to leave the premises and wait for 1 hour until the employer returned. Subsequent to my return, I was rudely notified that the interviewer had " decided to stop at another location" and that the interview had been cancelled. I was suggested to "leave for the day" and that the employer would contact at another time... I have never experienced such vulgarity and disrespect for other human beings!

Picked up my altered clothes today. Had the sides tightened on shirts and the sleeves tightened. They did a wonderful job, fits like a glove. (The way i wanted it) Perfect! Thank you for your great service!!! I recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic service, have been a customer for years for dry cleaning. Recently I came in to alter my suit jacket since it was too loose, really happy with the owners workmanship since now I have a slim fit suit without buying a new one.

Terrible service - they claim to offer pickup/delivery, but they never call when they say they will for it, and their delivery guy works maybe one day a week. There is no parking so if you have large items delivery is supposed to be convenient. My dry cleaning has been with them for almost 3 weeks now with me having to follow up every week. Ridiculous.

Worst coustmer service in Toronto , very rude people , washing and ironing is horrible and we are really bad at it , please people don't go to this place u should be respected because you are paying to get good service ,the women has scary face ever !
