I was looking for a trustworthy seamstress who could do alterations for my wedding dress! I did a lot of asking around and finally found a reliable person at Queen's Cleaners. She was VERY detail-oriented and thought of solutions to make the dress fit my body so well - I am wearing my dress next weekend and I am forever thankful for her excellent service.

Do not let them touch your wedding gown! Mine was sent to them by King West Cleaners and came back with chemical stains! No refund or no apology from either cleaner. What an awful experience!

Arrived 40 min late!! Left 25 min early...2 cleaners- so a loss of almost 45 min!! TOTAL COST was $160! Hopeless cleaning quality....Agreed to work whatever told in 4 hours, 2 cleaners. Did not clean the light fittings, Vents, Dustbins, did not mop the washrrom floors, vacuumed the basement- but only 50% quality..still has cobwebs hanging around..So no use will have to do again!! did not wipe the microwave or the mixer from even outside....Cleaned the gas burners for almost 30 min, but still stains remain!! Also broke the tiles in basement..did not care to pick them up ..

hard to locate

I don’t normally review companies but the service I received from DWFC was worth mentioning. A DWFC flyer was left with my secretary, and after having sub-par service from our at-the-time current carpet cleaners, I was open to the possibility of switching companies. DWFC was quick in their reply and provided an estimate within the next business day. After reviewing the financials they even offered to not only match our current carpet cleaner, but also beat it by a substantial amount. I had them over for a small section, in order to see the quality of work. Needless to say the quality was amazing, the chemicals used were all green products, and the before and after finish was night and day. The service and attitude of the crew was professional and approachable, which is huge when you’re working in an office environment. They even placed back all the chairs and bins, cleaned behind cabinets, and cleaned even area’s you wouldn’t see. My old cleaners would literally leave them everywhere or clean around the chairs/cabinets. THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE DWFC BRINGS, THIS IS WHY I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW. 10/10 – would definitely recommend. Thank you for your attention to detail and great service. I look forward to your monthly visits! Wish I found you guys sooner!!
