Bad bad bad experience. WILL NOT BE BACK. I brought in a Lana wool hat to be cleaned. The purpose of this was so it didnt shrink being it was wool. I would have cleaned it myself if it weren't for that fact. Brought it in on a Tuesday and was told I could pick it up Friday. I didnt receive it until the following Tuesday. Kept getting the excuse, "it must have missed the truck". Then I get it back. Theyve bent the hell out of the brim, they damaged the symbol on the hat, and shrunk the hat. It doesnt fit now and if I try bend the brim back to the way it was the fabric gets loose and sloppy looking. $50 hat ruined. Very upset. This is not okay.

Just thought I would take this time out to write a review. Now I once worked for Broersen Constuction a few years ago and I just want to say that they are really good and decent people. They have years of experience under their belt and really know what they are doing. I know that if I ever had a project that needed someone I wouldn't hesitate at all callling Broersen's and that really is the honest to goodness truth. Have yourselves all a great day!
