Cleaning

Generally great at tailoring my shirts/pants but lately it has been off. The reason why I give them only 2 stars is because of terrible customer service. I had to get one of my pants stitched for the same reason on 3 separate occasions (within 3 weeks of each other) and I was charged for all three. This month, they did a terrible job on my other pair of pants yet as a customer, I was blamed and charged again for the same job. Will no longer be returning, unless it is an emergency.

Amazing work done as always, I’ll give a 10/10 but 5/5 is all google has 👍👍👍👍👍

First time user and I explained I needed an on time delivery. Delivery date passed ... no explanation FOUR days later I was told "coming tomorrow". Did not come "tomorrow". As it was passed when I really needed the cleaning I went to pick up a week later. Their opening was posted for 11:00 AM. They were NOT present. So I phoned and they said 20 minutes. Terrible service, disgusting people to deal with. This couple have very limited understanding of English and obviously no intention of trying to communicate. I will never return.

Love this dry cleaners! They do such a great job and their prices are more than fair. I have used a few other dry cleaners and they just can’t get my shirts properly cleaned on my cuffs and collar, Dutch Girl does a great Job.

My boyfriend and I have used their services for years. The owners are so friendly, always remember you and their work is top notch!

Friendliest ladies ever! Only cleaner we go to.

Great job on cleaning our carpets!! Even the red juice stain is almost invisible. Would definitely recommend.

Their quality and service are great; prices are very fair as well

Have been going to White Oaks the last 6 months.. awesome service and people.. i will never go anywhere else in Newmarket again

Alex and the team always do amazing job for reasonable price! Very high quality and friendly staff.

Great service, very friendly. Good prices.

Terrible, first had to come back cause they didn't stitch as requested and put a patch on crooked. Then I come back and they said they couldn't fix it so basically they ruined my Jacket cause the patch is all crooked. I will never be back and encourage you to go somewhere else!

No issues with them, family owned EDIT: Their prices are not fixed, if you bring 1-2 items you will get higher prices. You can insist for the standard pricing.

Great service! There where hard stains on my jacket and know it’s like new!!! Thank you
