Cleaning

If you care about your cloths, if you have a favorite clothing item, if you appreciate professional courtesy – consider another cleaner. I was charmed by the idea of giving my money to small company from Carp Ontario. Unfortunately, this little company simple does not have the systems, processes or management in place to ensure your cloths are handled the way you ask. In my two years with Star Cleaners they washed and shrunk three different items valued at just over $700 – that I had clearly noted on my file that should not be washed. Not to mention frying dozens of buttons without replacing them. And when I asked for compensation the owner Lynn, after acknowledging the direction on my file not to wash, argued and refused compensation. Star Cleaners is the little company that couldn’t.

I tried out Kanata Cleaners for the first time and I have to say, I'm very impressed. My shirts were pressed perfectly. I'll be back!

I had my gee hemmed and they did a really good job and for a good price. The tendent was very nice to me.

Asked to pay when I dropped off. I’ve always paid after the job was done. Had multiple delays

This company is amazing . They went above and beyond for my pool opening and are wonderful to deal with, they have excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Amazing job. A.J. Carpet Cleaning Aurora was right on time, very knowledgeable, was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. he was amazed at how good our old carpet looked after being cleaned. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and professional service. Exceptional work on alterations and cleaning.

Took my favourite pleather jacket for patches on the elbows (worn through from wearing alot!). The seamstress is amazing! She matched the dark brown so close the patches look like the jacket came that way! I am beyond pleased.
