Cleaning

I took my dogs jacket in to be cleaned and Lauren was a very helpful employee who made the experience enjoyable.

An excellent experience. The guys were polite and professional and took the time to explain the process to me. They took before and after pictures to show the work that was done. They charged me what I expected and did not push any extra services. I would definitely recommend Ottawa Duct Cleaning to anyone!

Would give it 0 but the lowest rate is 1. I went to pick our son's custum tailored suit last night, but the clothes were missing. Then, we received phone call from Dry Cleaner today, saying the pants are ok, but the jacket was damaged by their machine. The only option is to shorten the jacket, that the jacket would still be useful. We haven't have chance to see the jacket yet. Even though we appreciate their honest, but this is definitely not the solution. We sent clothes for cleaning, not for tailoring. ====== We went to pick up the damaged suit tonight, and was so surprised . 1) even though with the damage, they still charge us the cleaning fee. 2) the jacket was damaged so.badly. It looks ugly, definitely unacceptable after tailoring". Note the suit was originally custom tailored, very expensive. ======= Waiting for compensation... ======= Received compensation. Even though, it is much lower than replacement cost. But, at least, there is compensation.

Gave my wife’s dress to dry clean 2 weeks before an event, was asked to pick up three days before the event. Went there no dress, come back tomorrow. Went back a second time no dress. Come tomorrow we are calling the cleaners to make sure it will be here tomorrow. Went back a third time still no dress. We had to buy a new dress for the event. Went back a week later and the dress is there. Adamant that I would not pay for the dress and the owner changes her story saying the dress was ready on the day it was promised. Anyways poor customer service and the owner does not care. Was offered a coupon for next visit..Will not return obviously.

I’ve gone here twice to attempt to drop off my jacket to be cleaned. Both times it was within their open hours, yet when I arrive there is a sign stating that they are away and won’t return for an hour. Waste of my time.

I had very bad experience at this place. They took a shirt from me to clean a simple stain. I got it back with no change. They wouldn't give me my other 3 shirts unless I pay for the whole bill including the work they had forgot and needed to do: leave all or pay for all! No reasoning, no flexibility, no can I talk to a supervisor! If you run into an issue with them it's hopeless. Ended paying for the work they didn't do. Cleaned the stain myself with web instructions. Should have done that to begin with!

A vehicle that Domclean Limited uses to get their workers to and from the place where they are to be working and cleaning peoples residential properties. They have been around since 1917 and that says a whole lot on the trust and happiness with the work that is done by there staff. If you did find my information helpful, please 'smash' that thumbs up button! ... Thank-you.

I use them for all my hood cleaning and I absolutely love their filter swap program.

I dropped off a suit for pickup on Saturday because I had to leave town for work. Now I am here, it's Saturday, the place is supposed to be open but it IS NOT. I need that suit now.
