Cleaning

I worked for this service aswell as been a customer. The cleaners wrre always polite, thorough and hardworking. I was very pleased after each visit. The owners are a lovely, trustworthy family. The Kitchener office is run by Rachel, who is delightful! I highly recommend them 😁

Completely ruined our Moose and gave us nonsense about how it's "defected" from Moose's factory, when our jacket was worn for 2 years with not a hint of damage until they washed it. It obviously looks like it was jammed and pulled in their machines which caused this damage. Only sharp or hard objects can tear the jacket apart like that, and the down lining inside the jacket is also depleated from their wash. The worker there just tells us that we have to take it to Moose if we want it fixed and they never even apologized from start to finish. We didn't take their nonsense and demanded them to compensate/repair it and they start yelling at us about how they're not responsible for the damages they caused and demanded us to pay for the other jackets first. This was ridiculous! Eventually they called the self-claimed "owner"" at 135 Ottawa St, J.P. Renaud, who didn't even treat it seriously and jokes that the jacket is at the end of its lifetime? What kind of business owner speaks like this? What kind of business treats their customers like this? If they can destroy our jacket with not a single apology or compensation, what gives them the right to stay in business? I suspect they did not dry clean the jackets properly and are defrauding customers by secretly machine washing these items not according to dry cleaning methods.

We have used Roto Static for the last 15+ years!! Great service, competitive pricing and quality work!! I won't use anyone else for my carpet and upholstery cleaning!!!

needed an emergency fix of a dress tht I’m gonna wear the next day and was desperate, when I found this one off google map. I went in in very short notice(10 mins), and the lovely owner was soooo nice and kind to agree to tailor it for me! I picked it up the next day and the tailoring was PERFECT!!! Also the price can’t be more reasonable , 10000% recommend

I have been using Daisy Fresh Cleaning Service for years now .... They are a wonderful company the staff are great they go above and beyond. My home is always so fresh when they leave. Highly recommend them to anyone

Where to begin They arrived late. They had a negative attitude during conversation and it made us uneasy. They did a terrible job on our house. They missed an entire floor in a living room and when they left we could sweep up a pile of dirt and see that it was not mopped. They did not move items to sweep under it (table, hall table). They did not lift up floor mats when mopping. The bathroom floors were still dirty, front of cupboards filthy, kitchen, did not clean mirrors or windows. I could go on. However, when we complained we were not believed ( even though we documented with a camera) and there was no apology or acceptance of our complaint. After talking to some people I found out we were the third family this has happened too. Poor customer service and dishonesty is the first reason why we would not suggest them.

Best dry cleaner and tailor in town! Alterations and cleaning are done incredibly quickly. Customer service is always great, very friendly and personable.
