Cleaning

Had my furnace and ducts cleaned today by Shirev (I am sure the spelling is wrong, sorry). Wow. I was a little disappointed to be the last appointment of the day. However he came in, quickly set up and did his thing. Shared some knowledge and was a true professional. Shirev completely turned my opinion around, he was in and out in about an hour, thank you so much for your excellent workmanship.

Friendly staff, good prices, and prompt service!

The team that came out to my house (Cathy was the lead) were professional, very fast, and did a great job cleaning both my fireplaces. I would definitely book with this company again!

Alberta Carpet Cleaning was the perfect choice for cleaning our carpets & furniture. In past we have used other companies, however this time the furniture looked new and the carpets fresh. The technician Bobby was personable and professional, in fact his work was so good we tipped him. Yours Truly Jim & Dorothy Holland

On time, thorough, and polite. Very happy with their cleaning job!

The same exact situation happened to me based on Dan's review. Anita was very pleasant to speak with upon initial contact. She seemed very professional and informed so I booked her in for a move-out clean a week before. I had requested she come to the residence before the clean to provide me with a more accurate quote as I would make arrangements if it would exceed my budget. I emphasized the importance of giving me a few days buffer in order to have time to prepare but she could only meet me two days prior to the cleaning date. I obliged and arranged a meeting with her. She emailed me 3 hours before our meeting to postpone to the next day as she would be working late that day. I asked her if it would be possible to stop by in the evening after work as I didn't want to leave it to the very last day before the clean so I could prepare. She never replied and haven't heard from her again. I had sent her an email the very next day asking if I should still be expecting her to show up and I received an email notification shortly after confirming our appointment. At this point I had no choice but to use her on such short notice but she never did show up. I have left her emails and voicemails - it's been 6 days since I've heard from her and still no reply. I am so extremely disappointed that she would leave a client stranded with a time-critical, rental move-out clean. If she was unable due to some emergency I could understand, but at the very least she should have informed her clients so they could make alternative arrangements not abandon them at the very last minute. I would not recommend her services if you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy cleaner.

Great experience I had here, I needed my suit dry cleaned in 2 days so it would be ready for a wedding, and they happily got it done for me in that time, and they were happy to have me come in to them, great customer service, and they went out of their way and fixed the hem on my pants for no extra charge, great place I highly recommend it

Have been bringing my woollen suits here for a couple of years. Cleaning and garment repairs all taken care of. Fair price and excellent service - Tracy is fab!

Great prices, fast & friendly service! Family and friends recommended this place for awhile, finally used them. Not dissapointed.

So, I'm certainly not the biggest review type of guy, I really don't participate online much at all, BUT I happened to see this past 1 star bad review and couldn't believe what I read. There is NO WAY he's talking about the same company! My home has been cleaned by by these guys for nearly three years and I'll tell you this...it's always perfect!...ALWAYS! The price for what I receive is astronomical compared to the last so called cleaner I had. My trust in them is 100%, they have a key to my home and clean it every two weeks, I trust them like I trust my mother! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. Would highly recommend them.

John did an excellent Job carpets like new again great price too thx

Awesome dry-cleaner. Fast - never an issue. 5/5

Horrible experience the manager here doesn't know anything, I could do a better job on my clothes, suites and shoes without her help, she's not very smart

We had BJ out today to clean our carpets, area rugs & sectional. He did a great job! He got stains out that I didn't think would ever come out! I will use him again!
