Awful and never go there please. This is a nasty place with bad smell, and they ruined my clothes. After dry cleaned there’re even more stains. Extremely rude staff, did not want to solve the problem they caused at all.

My boyfriend went to bring back my clothes (a winter coat and a jacket) , they found that one of the buttons from my jacket was broken. She said come back later so she can find a similar button and replace it. He went back after a day they had replaced the button with a dissimilar button and the hood from my winter coat is missing! FYI, we paid full price.

The level of dry cleaning is superb. My shirts, jackets and suits always look great, they even dry cleaned my girlfriends Uggs! They owner/main guy there is super nice and attentive. They really listen to your dry cleaning needs and understand the quality of your clothing. They do a good job tailoring with their alterations, they do require a decent lead time but it is worth the wait. Best dry cleaners in the area!

Dropped off two jackets and two jeans. The jackets in total cost 2500$. I dropped off my $1300 Rudsak jacket which has fur and a belt attached to it. (See pictures attached) I took the jacket with the belt attached as I would never take it off and it also needed to be washed. Today I picked up my jacket and noticed there was no belt attached to it. I let the owner know that my belt was missing. First he couldn't find my receipt and then he started to look f9r the belt and couldnt find it so hr decided to tell me there was no belt and when they received it they didn't get it with a belt. This is not true as I said before I would never take the belt off , it is part of the jacket. I proceeded to nicely tell him that it was part of it and that I didn't bring it with. He kept talking over me and telling me no no no I didn't bring it. I started to get annoyed as I knew I had taken the belt to him and he was not taking responsibility for losing it and kept telling me he would call me if he f

I'm so happy with the zipper replacement Sue was able to make on my messenger bag. She charged me a super reasonable price ($25) and it was done in just over a day, even though it was more complicated than she thought it was going to be. Very happy and will be returning to her for my other alterations.
