Great place and very friendly owner

The level of dry cleaning is superb. My shirts, jackets and suits always look great, they even dry cleaned my girlfriends Uggs! They owner/main guy there is super nice and attentive. They really listen to your dry cleaning needs and understand the quality of your clothing. They do a good job tailoring with their alterations, they do require a decent lead time but it is worth the wait. Best dry cleaners in the area!

Dropped off two jackets and two jeans. The jackets in total cost 2500$. I dropped off my $1300 Rudsak jacket which has fur and a belt attached to it. (See pictures attached) I took the jacket with the belt attached as I would never take it off and it also needed to be washed. Today I picked up my jacket and noticed there was no belt attached to it. I let the owner know that my belt was missing. First he couldn't find my receipt and then he started to look f9r the belt and couldnt find it so hr decided to tell me there was no belt and when they received it they didn't get it with a belt. This is not true as I said before I would never take the belt off , it is part of the jacket. I proceeded to nicely tell him that it was part of it and that I didn't bring it with. He kept talking over me and telling me no no no I didn't bring it. I started to get annoyed as I knew I had taken the belt to him and he was not taking responsibility for losing it and kept telling me he would call me if he f

I'm so happy with the zipper replacement Sue was able to make on my messenger bag. She charged me a super reasonable price ($25) and it was done in just over a day, even though it was more complicated than she thought it was going to be. Very happy and will be returning to her for my other alterations.

Singed and ruined my wool coat. When it was sent back, they claimed it was all just wear from being an old coat (it's not old). They were rude. All they offered was a refund on the cleaning - nothing towards a new a coat which I now need. Don't go here

Anna the owner genuinely cares about her clients and put their interests first all the time. I see happy customers walk out all the time and they return for more. Every time she tailors my clothes, I am extremely happy with the results. I trust her with all my cleaning and alteration needs for all my high end clothing. She does a good job every time. Her and Rose are a delight to deal with. I recommend this dry cleaner if you are looking for a quaint local mom and pops store that knows you by name and takes care of your clothes like it's their own.

Excellent and thorough service. Got a deep clean and 2 professionals came in and did 6.5h worth of work. They were on time and kept me abreast on status and timing. Online chat ssrvices were also very helpful. They left my condo looking pristine. Would highly recommend.
