Cleaning

Jordan and the team at the Cleaning Command handled our office expertly. We had many stains on the carpet from our decade of benine neglect, the most prominent being a poutine stain in the middle of my office from an unfortunate mishap. Both their customer service and carpet cleaning service is excellent.

Alex came in and made a perfect steam cleaning of our carpet in the basement , stairs and second floor. We had a very pleasant experience and completely satisfied with his work. For the time it was great !

I have my cleaning covered by fscd and maidpro is the only place that I know of that direct bills fscd so I dont have to pay first then get reimbursed. Makes my life way easier. I've had a few cleaners come from maidpro and after a few I found one I liked that does a good job and seems to care about her work. The process to get everything set up was easy and the managers seem to care as well. I highly recommend this company.

As a person who is usually scared of taking risk and who wants to own a business, I think Jan-Pro is the first door to knock and the best one (MY OPINION). With Jan-Pro, I can sit back, and they will provide me with customers/accounts, a good training on the cleaning industry, bill my customers every month and send me my cheque. I don’t have to deal with sales, I don’t have to make phone calls to get an appointment, I don’t have to face 1000 NOs from potential customers. All that headache is carried by Jan-Pro team and I’m grateful to them for it. I also learned (I learned a lot with Jan-Pro, I know) that, being a business owner in cleaning industry with Jan-Pro is not only about cleaning dust and cobwebs in the corners, cleaning finger marks on customer’s desk, or coffee stain on the CEO’s carpet in their office, but the most important to know is how to build a LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP with my customers, how to provide them with good service and most importantly how to keep my customers happy ALL THE TIME. To everybody who wants to be their own boss, I will definitely recommend JAN-Pro. Thank you to the whole team and specially to Al, Shawn for being always available for me and my team. Thank you to Bruce who came from Calgary all the way down to Edmonton last winter to share his experience with us and answer all my queries in spite of my broken English. And finally, this is the motto I learned from JAN-PRO: A bad cleaner with a great relationship will hold an account longer THAN a good cleaner that the contact hasn’t met or heard of since the walkthrough.

So convenient and perfect cleaning every time. They even stitch on buttons if you're missing any! The app is updated and easy to use. Very good customer service.

Every time I take my kilt there it comes out like new. Thanks! Great prices!

The BEST

First time at this cleaner, brought in a slim fit dress shirt to get laundered, was returned a regular fit shirt. Not sure what the their process was but my shirt was stretched out pretty good, fits like a large now. Shirt is not destroyed but it wears really baggy and loose, super disappointed.

Overall great experience! The two ladies did a great job and went over and beyond what I had asked for. I've had other cleaning services come out and they do not put as much effort as these two ladies! I would use them again.

Best Carpet Cleaners around. No need to go anywhere else!

Excellent service and turn around time!!!

Jordan totally exceeded our expectations. He was prompt courteous and very careful. He even came back no charge for a touch up. I highly recommend him.

Classic Clean Maid Service has been coming into our home every two weeks since we moved into our home 10 years ago. Their cleaning is impeccable, their service trustworthy. I recommend them to everybody and anybody who asks.

Lynn was very helpful to arrange carpet & house cleaning for our new house. We were moving from our of province, and arranged to have realtor let them in to have our house ready for when we got here. We were VERY disappointed to see that the carpets had been cleaned without vacuuming first. The debris, dust and bits of crayon were streamed over top of (but still clean according to owner) And the cleaners never showed up. It took two of us 10 hours to clean the house - not what we had in mind after a 2 days drive with two little kids. I have read another comment on BBB about out of province customer being very disappointed as well. (trend?). We never got an explanation. If something had happened that they couldn't make it on the Friday (sick?), they could have also rescheduled for the Saturday. There was zero attempt to make any of this right. I guess with all services, use caution - but if there is a clean that you really need reliable service for (ie move in or out) - I would search elsewhere.

We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies in the past and by far this company is superior in their work. The carpets look amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Enrico, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable about his job which I appreciate. It made me feel that it just wasn't someone out of the blue they hired. He knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend this company. He did an amazing job
