This Office is the Worst Rude Dr.s that you wait for , for them to spend 5minutes and give you a prescription that doesn't even work. When they Do give you a prescription that works in order to have it refilled you have to make another Dr.appt.??? For what ?? I've been getting the same prescription for years... They Lost a patient and would never refer them to anyone !!!!

Dr. Jacobs and the surgery went great, he operated on my 5 year old's ear and it looks wonderful. My 3-star review is related to the actual physicians office, which is consistently at least 30 minutes behind schedule. When you ask a patient (to include her mother and siblings, since the patient is 5) to get there early to her appointment, and out of respect for the doctor and THEIR time we do, the least you can do is respect my time as well. If I could get her post-op appointments somewhere else, I would, because 3 out of 3 times now it has been like this. Unfortunate.

After having a deviated septum and a fractured nose, I can now breathe incredibly better after having surgery. My life has sincerely improved. The aesthetic nurse was also super nice and helpful, along with the rest of the staff.
