What an exemplary surgeon. Very informative, patient, kind, and gentle. I was attacked and my nose was broken. He didn't rush me, his explanation was "thorough" and I was comforted by his staff as well. The surgery went as smooth as butter. I'm healing wonderfully. Superb superb superb

In January 2013 my 6 month old daugher developed a cold. I know things have to run their course so after several weeks of her not being able to completely kick the cold I took her to her pediatrician. After trying many different avenues of medicine and an elimination diet for my daughter we determined it was an obstruction. I took my daughter to see Dr. Daly by recommendation from Dr. Weiss at Potomac Pediatrics. Dr. Weiss knew how nervous I was about going to an ENT because that probably meant surgery would be the answer. She said to expect Dr. Daly to be incredibly thorough, patient and exibit excellent bedside manners. As a desperate mother wanting to help her daughter stop suffering from sickness, and now terrible ear pain, I called Dr. Daly's office. The staff was so kind and comforting. I explained the situation and they said Dr. Daly would see my daughter that afternoon. Dr. Weiss was right, Dr. Daly was all she described. He was friendly with my daughter and after all of her dr visits she has started to not like dr's but she took right to him. He listened and asked me a lot of questions. I explained that we (my husband and I) wanted to avoid surgery but if that is what it takes, then that is what we do. We looked at the option of an X-Ray and a CT scan to gain as much evidence as possible. But the risks of the exposing her to the radiation ultimately or the option of doing more antibiotics (she had been taking them for 4 months) plus steriods did not sit well with us either. He did an endoscopy on her (only to help us be sure) to look at her adenoids. They were the problem. So, we scheduled the surgery. Dr. Daly went over and beyond the call of duty to help us feel comfortable with the decision. Yes, we were the freaked out first time parents and he handled us with kid gloves. He was patient and a God send to help us through this time. He made his recommendations but left the ball in our court. He only wanted to educate us to make the best decision for our daughter. Now, after having her adenoids removed and tubes put in her ears, I have my happy, healthy, walking, talking 11 month old. She is no longer screaming out in pain or up all night with a terrible cough. She is developing wonderfully and we are confident she will have a wonderful first birthday now that she is healthy! Thank you Dr. Daly and staff for all you did to take care of all of us!

Through the husbands eyes. My wife has recently had a bi-lateral mastectomy with reconstruction performed by Dr. Scarlett. At every pre op visit through every post op visit Dr. Scarlett has included me in every step. Guiding me through the unknown surgery that my wife is going through. Never was a question unanswered or ever felt rushed through any visit we had. He is a true gentleman and doctor. He never forgets the husband is going through this process as well. I always highly recommend Dr Dick to friends because of the great experiences we have had with him. His is professional, caring and takes time to listen. His staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr Dick is definitely the plastic surgeon we turn to, and he has taken great care of my son over the years.

Dr Rhee is the best. He answers all of your questions. And takes care of you the way that a client should be treated. He is amazing. Works with you until you are happy. Could of never have picked no one better. God bless him.

Terrible! I had fat transfer done to my face ( around mouth and under eyes) and the results are just horrible. I had this done by Dr. Samuel Rhee in March 2013 with expectations and excitement that it would be an improvement to my face. He told me that the the swelling and bruising would resolve in 3-4 weeks. Well he was so very wrong. Even well into my 4th month you could still see hyper-pigmentation and even worse lumps and unevenness under my eyes. One eye is considerably worse than the other. Now, I am very self conscious of my face with what look like bags under my eyes! . I would be happy to have my old face back. Who wants to go through all that pain, 2 months of downtime and even more of hiding from people to look worse than when you started?! Plus pay money for this?! Although I thought I was being very thorough when selecting a plastic surgeon... I asked all the right questions, asked for pics of other patients and recommendations. There were red flags all along but I was not paying attention because I was attracted to his much lower prices than other plastic surgeons and his willingness to spend so much time to talk to me and answer all my questions. But in the end, it was a huge mistake because I found out the hard way that he basically lacked the experience in face fat transfer/grafting. I took the chance thinking I could have it corrected if it did not go well. But unfortunately, the damages are not correctable. No doctor is willing to touch this because it was just not done the right way and they are afraid to be help responsible with no guarantee to fix it. His explanations after the fact were even more frightening and just confirmed my hunch that he was not the expert in this field that I wanted to believe that he was. Beware. While he seems like a nice person and is willing to do what you want to look better he just does not know what he is doing. I wish I never put my trust in him to touch on my face. I am hugely disappointed to say the least and hope that nobody goes through what i did and I still am. I wish I had my pre- fat transfer face back at this point.

I can only share my experience. Dr. Zabel is a good Dr., my issue is with the office. TERRIBLE!!!! I requested a free consult, they said sure. I had to return to the office to bring paper work and specifically asked do I need to bring a referral, they said no. Why now am I getting billed for both office visits??? I will NEVER recommend another person or friend to this practice again.
