I found Advanced concepts in Plastic Surgery after searching several major metro areas. I travel for work and had the opportunity to select from many surgeons. It was rather convenient that my choice was from my home town. It wasn't that it was close to home, it was a combination of several things. From the very first consultation I was beyong comfortable, Dr. Kaczynski was very professional and addressed my concerns as well as understood the emotional side of why I was there. The staff was very respectful of my privacy and my needs. They promptly adressed my concerns throughout the process of the procedure and the follow up. Having a procedure is VERY personal to the patient and I felt as if Dr. Kaczynski put this first, before anything we discussed we adressed my feelings and how I ended up in his office... I was comfortable with him and placed my vanity in the hands of his expertise. Dr. K and his staff have earned my trust and satisfied my very demanding needs..! Highly recommended..!

If you're looking for the best then this is the man! He is a perfectionist. After many consultations for a Revision Rhinoplasty I knew within 5 minutes of my consultation I found my doctor. I have done over 5 years of research trying to find a surgeon that I could trust and felt comfortable with. A few months ago I came across Dr Mabourak’s profile and read numerous reviews from different websites. I also read a few of his comments on other websites about different surgical procedures. I was impressed and decided to schedule a consultation with him to see how we connected in a physician to patient relationship. First impression was great. I walked in and his office was immaculate. Which speaks volumes to me on how you run your practice. The staff was professional and curtious. When discussing the procedure and options Dr Mabourak was informative and made sure that I understood my options. He had a genuine concern with my comfort and making sure I was could make an informed discussion. It has been 3 months post-operative and I am completely satisfied with my results and experience. Dr Mabourak and his staff have made this worthwhile through every moment from the beginning starting with my consultation, on surgery day, and during post-operative visit. I will definitely continue recommending him to my family and friends.

Dr. Mariotti did a tummy tuck for me earlier this year. He and his staff were extremely professional. I felt very cared for before, during and after the surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mariotti to anyone interested in his services. If I ever want to do anything more, I would go to Dr. Mariotti in a second. The tummy tuck is awesome. (I only wish I had done it earlier in my life.) My experience with Dr. Mariotti rates five stars and more.

I am very thorough and I met with several plastic surgeons prior to choosing Dr Ghorbani. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Ghorbani for my surgeries. It was a game changer. I've been going to Dr Jervis for several years now and have always been pleased with my results. For now, I've been doing laser, botox, fillers and peels. I love Elite MD. Dr. Bansal is an amazing surgeon. I came to Dr. Bansal in June 2015 and learned about Vaser Liposuction. I gained over 80 lbs within an 8 year time span and was ready to get my body back. I was not recognizable with the 80 lbs as I used to have six pack abs with curves- hips/Butt. I realized I was too young to just let go. My first procedure with Dr. Bansal was liposuction of my upper & lower abdomen, flanks, bra line, sub axilla. The result was instant just after 2.5 hours under general anesthesia. I came to work in one week and was driving in 5 days. (I admit, I went shoe shopping day 3!) I was in shock to see how he made my abdomen flat and some of my old muscle tone was showing day 2. I could see my ribs again! It was a miracle. My skin was tight. My sides were sculpted. Loving the instant results, I decided in October 2015 to do my bra line under local anesthesia. I was just 6 weeks away from a vacation and wanted to complete my look! I went to work the very next day. Seeing my bra roll disappear- made me want my entire back and arms done. I was thinking, why not go all the way? Two months post bra roll I was losing weight. When my buttocks started shrinking, I thought of taking the back and arm fat and transferring it to my butt! Come March 2016, that is exactly what I did. I remember sending Dr. Bansal pictures of myself from when I was 21-yrs-old and really wanted my old body/booty back. The Brazilian Butt Lift is no joke. When I saw my post op pictures, I could not believe how close Dr. Bansal got me to my goal. As I got older, I got curvier, I’m bigger now than in my twenties but I now prefer my current look over my 21-yr-old request. As time went on, I started planning other areas. I fell off of good eating and had more cheat days than I should have. I focused on lower body workouts as those are my favorite. I noticed my inner thighs/knees was not responding as my other areas were. Eating too many carbs, my thighs got bigger but stronger with muscle. I decided to get inner thigh/knee liposuction. Dr. Bansal did the procedure under local anesthesia on me back in January 2017. What a huge difference it made by taking out this annoying layer of fat! I can see a gap between my thighs that I have not seen in years. Again, I went to work the next day. Dr. Bansal pays attention to the smallest details. I’m a very picky person and need things a certain way. Dr. Bansal can accommodate these type of requests. He is also very honest in achieving goals. He asked that I lose 10 lbs prior to the next surgery. I ended up losing 12 lbs. Currently, I’m 7 days post op another surgery. Although my abdomen was flat, Dr. Bansal told me at my first Pre op, the only way to fix my abdomen muscle (diastasis recti) is a tummy tuck. In June 2015, I was not ready for a tummy tuck. However, on January 16, 2018, I was. I decided it was time for an “upgrade”. I wanted a smaller waist, repaired muscle, flatter abdomen. Dr. Bansal and his colleague Dr. Giuffrida did my procedure. I also did a touch up on the sides (sub axilla, bra, flanks), and my chin! I can’t believe I barely have any bruising on my chin and abdomen. No matter how much weight I lose, I could not get my chin and neck slimmer. Although it’s still early in recovery for me, I’m so happy with the results thus far! Thank you so much Dr. Bansal for giving me my body back!!! As we age, we look different, gain weight, and only have memories of how we “used to look”. Some people may choose to let go and age gracefully- and that’s ok. But NOT ME. Cosmetic surgery today is different than procedures of the past. Cosmetic surgery is available to everyone- not just celebrities and super models. There is a reason why they always look their best. Many of the procedures are considered minimally invasive. I worked the next day from local anesthesia. Very bad experiacne with Dr Leung I went in for a neck lift and he talked me into a full facelift. and upper eye lift. to smooth it all out. My eyes don't close and my neck looks the same. and my cheeks are sunken. I look worst now then when i came in. he abandoned me on my 12 week visit and told me he couldn't do anymore to go else where. I ask for my money back to redo this mess. No Response! Very unprofessional he had more exercises then results. A good saleman up front but doesn't guarantee his work.

I was referred to Dr. Lavey by my cousin and was impressed from the minute I opened the door. I was greeted by Kathy and felt like a friend immediately. Dr Lavey is truly an artist, a great listener, and a superb plastic surgeon. He makes you feel at ease, has a great bed side manner, and answers all you questions, all while making it seem like you are his only patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Lavey to anyone, including my friends and family.
