Dr O'Halloran makes me feel I am his only patient. He has gotten me through 2 bouts of GERD, the last being particularly nasty, requiring extended treatment, including surgery to remove polyps from my throat. I remember coming out of anesthesia seeing him smile at me as he walked past, giving me a thumbs up! He's the best!

He is an excellent physician! I think one of the few that does endoscopic carpel tunnel release.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Samra and this practice! My son had a nasty injury to his finger (horse stepped on it!) and Dr Samra put his finger back together in his office. The healing progress after only week was amazing! Thank you Dr Samra!

After suffering a crushed and lacerated finger, I was referred to Dr. Domanski as “the guy” to see for hand injuries. I called and was able to get an appointment the next day. My experience with Bluemont Plastic Surgery and Dr. Domanski was excellent. First, the waiting area was clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained. The good first impression continued with the friendliness, general positive attitude, and professionalism of the front office staff. My wait time was pleasant and minimal before being seen by Dr. Domanski. His professionalism, knowledge, and patient manner of alleviating my concerns, answering my questions, and providing specific care advice for my situation could not have been better. He took the time to conduct a more detailed examination of the injury, going above and beyond the care I had received at the emergency room. He ensured that I understood my next steps in care and provided me with detailed instructions on how to care for my injury. I would 100% recommend Dr. Domanski for any medical needs, specifically hand injuries. If I have another unfortunate hand injury, Bluemont Plastic Surgery will be my first stop.

From my initial consultation to my surgery and beyond, Dr. Mirali has been wonderful to work with. I originally consulted him for a scar revision (I had a malignant melanoma removed from my right breast by another surgeon in 2003) and a breast augmentation in September of 2017. He was extremely thorough (I also have an autoimmune disease and a rare platelet condition) prior to my surgery, ensuring that all of my questions, concerns and conditions were addressed. On the day of my surgery, he helped ease some of my anxiety about the anesthesia and called me at home the next day (a Saturday) to see how I was recovering. I am extremely happy with my results and would highly recommend his services and very calm, friendly and welcoming bedside manner. In fact, about a month after my surgery, I returned to Dr. Mirali to have him remove a questionable mole from my face. Again, I am more than satisfied with the results -- you can barely tell I had an 1-inch area of skin cut from the side of my face. His office staff is extremely friendly, punctual and helpful and I truly enjoy my visits. I will be returning to Plastic Surgery and Dermatology Associates for all of my dermatology and plastic surgery needs and would recommend Dr. Mirali and his team without any hesitation whatsoever.

i meet dr. dufrense in april 1990...at johns hopkins with dr. carson and the team for children with cranial facial birth defects...i had just had my first and only child miranda (ran) on dec.2, 1989...instead of being totally on cloud 9 with my baby girl i was scared to death..wondering why how what did i do wrong..why my child..why...what can we do what do you do...life is cruel but now it just got crueler ...i had been told that miranda had frontial nausal dysplasia squence...could not even pronounce it, still can't spell it... didn't know what or why...told slang cleft face but could be fixed...dr, carson told us that god only gives us what we can handle..i was praying he was right..but at 4 months old miranda under went her first surgery and the longest day of my life....dr. carson and the team went in he corrected her skull and then for over 10 hours..t was all dr. dufrense......and til this day it's still dr. dufrense ..he has changed our lives..he has always been there for miranda...and once again he will be ther for another surgery june 16, 2016.....how do you ever say enough thank yous to for not only changing or saving but giving you that feeling that no matter what god gives you..you only gives you what you can handle...and angels that will be there for you...SO I KNOW DR. DUFRENSE is and has been miranda's and mine special , talented, gifted,caring, patient ,angel...THANK YOU DR.D
