This place is very rude. I asked for re surgery because his performance failed, he told me to call back for reschedule at least 4 times. Every single time he would give me this bogus excuse that I have to call back. Last excuse he gave me was he was driving... he was in the office talking to me on the phone... so he was clearly NOT driving and then he hung up. after that I called the office back immediately, and I said "hello" on the phone and the office secretary/doctor hung up on me. This place is really really rude. I'm planning to complaint to Medical board. Please don't go to this place.

After Three kids my stomach looked horrible. Dr.Racanelli did a tummy tuck and liposuction on me and I actually just wore a two - piece bathing suit for the first time in 8 years!! I feel great!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice, doctor, staff, office, facility, quality of work, and service! As a first time patient 2 years ago, I was getting my diastasis recti repaired and had major anxiety about going to see a plastic surgeon. Preconceived notions of the type of practice and the types of patients going to these practices, as well as the overwhelming process surrounding the procedure itself (being such a major surgery) were completely dispelled when I came in for my consultation. From the administrative staff to the technicians and Dr. Munasifi himself, I was put at ease due to their competence, confidence, and attention and care to customer service. Every person I have dealt with at the office has been responsive, clear, and informative. They did not hesitate to answer any of my many questions, walk me through every step of filling out paperwork, the procedure itself, after-care, and even billing/payment, with patience and thoroughness. I never felt rushed, I never felt uncomfortable, and I was always made to feel like I was the most important person in that office when I was there. Dr. Munasifi's beside manner is phenomenal: professional and kind and genuine. His workmanship is the best, and I've heard it from many of my doctors - who have also raved about my results having seen my belly before and after! I also had a breast augmentation to restore my natural size after nursing took its toll and it came out so perfectly that even my mammogram technician had to comment how natural and real they seemed! Dr. Talal Munasifi is the Best of the Best!! My first procedure with him was in October 2013. My husband was impressed to say the least. I am over the moon with my results then and now. No problems at all, everything the good doctor said came true. My incision doesn't exist!! Amazing results!! His staff is AWESOME. Second procedure was August 7, 2017...GUESS what I think I love him :) Honestly I will sing and praise him forever. Go see him, know what you want and be open to listen and learn. If I could give the experience with this office no stars I would. I brought my daughter here for a scar revision and her scar ended up being triple the size that it was. For me as a mom- it was depressing and hurtful for me that I had her go through a procedure that left a worse scar. It was also hurtful for my daughter because it's almost like she got the procedure for nothing and now we're left with a 1,119 bill and a scar that is way worse than before. The receptionist hung up on me and said that I was irresponsible for not bringing her back after 6 months. Why would I bring her back after seeing such upsetting results. We have saught out another opinion. Now we have to try and revise the scar again if she ever wants improvement of the look of it. It's upsetting.

I booked my appointment for 11:45am. I arrived at 11:20am. I waited till 12:35pm to see the doctor. I wish they have scheduled it better.

Dr. Ruff is the best! I felt very comfortable with him and he made the procedure very smooth. He is a professional and his staff is very nice. Would highly recommend Dr. Ruff.
