I've had great results with my surgeon Dr Stevens with my surgery, and recovery. As well as the attentiveness from all the staff. Kendall, I have to say is my favorite, we've built an patient relationship over the last 15 years. :) You do get in, and get right without any drag. If you're wanting realistic results and expectations, this is the Dr and office for your needs. All I can say is I'm more than completely satisfied with my results, that's why I refer everyone I know, and I keep going back.

Hello I am writing this review through my BF email. I want to notify all the ladies who are about to commit to this establishment in getting your breasts done! Dr. Yoho did not fulfill or meet what I wanted or envisioned myself having! I described to the staff and Dr. Yoho the details on what I wanted and was clear on what my expectations were. They gave me recommendations that they clearly stated would meet my expectations sadly they did not. I was furious and had to refrain from crying in the office today when I had my appointment! During my visit I explained to Dr. Yoho in the most professional manner that I was clearly unhappy and that my expectations were clearly not met and that I wanted my breasts redone. Thinking that Dr. Yoho would respond in a more professional manner I was surprised by the response he gave me, He stated "yea sure you can get them done 1 month, 2 months from now, but you have to pay to play the game" Clearly this was very unprofessional and not to mention I did not go into this appointment thinking that I would have to pay even more on top of the 4,500 dollars I already paid for something that did not meet my expectations. Dr. Yoho tried to convince me that they would be fine and also stated that he "Thinks" my left boob will drop after a surgery that took place March 14, 2017. After the surgery I still have to wear a push up bra with padding for them to even look ok! Why I still would have to wear a push up bra after a 4,500 dollar surgery is clearly insane. I will be receiving a second opinion here shortly thank you for your time!

I had an eye, full face lift in addition to neck lift. DO NOT spend your money here!!!They advertise satisfaction guarantee. NO its to the surgeons satisfaction.I spent $8000.00 and a whole lot of pain to look less then 5 years younger. The doctor apparently has no concept of what a facelift is. Clear damage done to my left eye in which they claim isn't there.

Best decision I ever made!

Over a four year period of time I lost about 75 pounds and was left with a sagging flap of skin on my belly and not so happy breasts, so I decided I wanted to have something done about it. After researching several doctors over a span of two years I narrowed it down to two, Dr. Joseph Ku being one of the doctors. I went in for my consult expecting to hear that I needed much more than the mommy makeover I had gone in to discuss. That was not the case, Dr. Ku came in with a warm smile and asked me what was most important to me! I explained what I was looking to accomplish with the surgery, and asked him every question I could think of, and with no hesitation he answered every one of them without blinking an eye. His in office staff as well as the staff at the surgical center were just as welcoming and helpful. I can honestly say that if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing, I was in the best possible hands with Dr. Ku.

This place sucks . The Dr. doesn't have a steady hand so If yours looking for perfection this is not the right place . I had my ear surgery here to close up my holes that were left from gauges/plugs to go to the army. My ear lobes look deformed not so much but you can tell he's not that professional. They did some bad stitching , which can be fixed but with a REAL PLASTIC SURGEON. Do not come here .

I dont see how Dr Smith doesnt have perfect 5 stars. It was my first surgey ever and I was nervous. Dr Smith and his staff was incredible. I cant say thank you enough. 6 out of 5 stars for me. Thanks

Dr. Vu does amazing work! He takes the time to make sure his clients are happy with their results! I couldn't be happier with my breast augmentation, he helped me choose the perfect size to fit proportionally for my body. The recovery was quick and easy, and the scarring is very minimal.
