I was warned about the incredibly long waiting time so was prepared for it. What I did not expect was the attitude by the female dermatologist, very unapproachable on the verge of being rude. I will take my hard earned taxes money elsewhere. The staff working there are nice.

I have returned to see Dr. Dickie several times for non-surgical cosmetic enhancements (i.e. facial injections), and always find both he and his staff very welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable, and his private facility is inviting and relaxing. I would recommend the Royal Centre of Plastic Surgery.

I was referred to Dr. Guirguis by way of rave reviews from a friend. From the moment I met Dr. Guirguis I felt comfortable and at ease. He was always kind and explained all procedures thoroughly. His staff goes above and beyond, making you feel part of a family. Extremely happy with my results and cannot thank the team enough for this amazing experience.

Took an elderly man in today,sat for over 3 hours just for this dr to drill him about his weight . he had no concerns about this man's ailing leg problem what so ever. We were referred by a dr from trenton hospitial who took x-rays and said the knee was ripped in behind.now this poor man is extremely terrified to even see a dr.not at all happy with the services from this dr

Amazing! Just amazing. I am thoroughly thrilled with the results U cosmetics provided to me. I just love the way my skin looks after my treatments and feel so much more confident. My cheeks had large purple veins and always were red. I also had a lot of brown age spots that I was not happy with. My fault with a lot of time in the sun! I think the emotional effect was worse than the physical effect. I have lived with this for over 25 years! I tried every over the counter product there is with no results. I then completed my treatment with KTP laser to clear up the veins and my treatment went beyond my expectations. My skin looks so much nicer with no redness or veins. I had a couple of people ask me if I was using new skin cream or did I change my makeup. One even said my skin looks “dewy” A true compliment. It was a gradual and a comfortable transformation. Tanya, my technician was exceptionally helpful and encouraging. She did a great job in achieving my goals. I am so relieved that my skin problem went from embarrassing to non-existent in a relatively short time. The staff of U Cosmetics are knowledgeable, friendly and produce amazing results. I truly recommend you try this professional and caring skin care clinic. I’m glad I did!

Great place, one of those places that actually genuinely cares about their customers. Some of the tips I was given was so worthwhile.

I first visited Dr Nimigan for help with carpal tunnel syndrome. After diagnosis, he arranged surgery and I couldn't be more pleased. The surgery was an unqualified success and I can't see any scar whatsoever. Dr Nimigan is a great surgeon, a very nice man with a sense of humour and a happy disposition. You could not do any better than a visit to Dr Nimigan for your hand issues.

Had an appointment scheduled and had been on the schedule a month ago and was told I would be notified right away if the appointment needed to be moved. Now I own my own business and I have two very small children that I not only took time off of work and made arrangements for my children to be watched so that I could be at my appointment but I receive a phone call LESS THAN one hour before my scheduled appointment saying that 'oh the doctor has a surgery scheduled for today and I didn't want you to come in thinking you'd be seen'. Are you kidding me? Not only was the second interaction I had with the secretary before getting on the schedule absolutely disrespectful and unfriendly now this office has cost me money by paying a babysitter for unnecessary time as well as blocking off my schedule at work. So thank you for the lack of customer service, umprofessionalism and pure laziness of your staff because you will not be seeing me and I will make sure to tell all who were waiting to hear how my appointment went exactly what happened. I hope you as a doctor get some better people working for you because I would never run my business with lazy and incompetent people.

I've been devistated and terrified with my Basal Cell Carcinoma and Mohs Surgery on my upper Lip in 2016 until I met Dr. Vito Quatela and his Nurse Practicioner - Julie Chatt; They treat me with the best attention and comfort my emotions all the time I came to see them. They always seen me for Appointment when I needed it right away after the Surgery. Doctor Quatella has definetly "gold hands" to do such plastic suregeries and treat you after. Jullie is very knowlegable, professional, attentive and very practical as well. Now after a year I can see that Dr. Quatella was absolutely the right choice to proceed with repair after Mohs and He did the best what could be done on my lip. I'm very, very thankful! I would definetly recommend Dr. Vito Quatella and his Plastic Surgery Center in Rochester, NY for plastic and repair surgeries on delicate places.
