Once again want to say that Dr. Gorodisky is the best! Was visiting friends in LA and came to have Botox done by this magician on my forehead, it looks amazing, the wrinkles disappeared like they never existed!

I think Dr. Perkins is hands down the best plastic surgeon in Santa Barbara. He honestly changed my life. I started getting terrible acne just after I graduated from high school. It was an extremely difficult and emotionally devastating time for me (I still get emotional about it sometimes to this day). Acutane eventually worked to stop the breakout and cysts, but I was left with horrible acne scars. I have spent the last 8 years trying to get rid of these painful reminders of the acne. I have been to numerous doctors from Santa Barbara to Beverly Hills and have spent thousands of dollars on everything from microdermabrasion to chemical peels to fractional resurfacing. Nothing provided more than just minor improvements until I went to the Cosmetic Surgery Center, met Dr. Perkins, and had him do a chemabrasion on me at the end of January. There was about a week of downtime and my face stayed a bit red for a few weeks after that, but my scars are now literally 80% better than they were! I am so happy. I can now put my hair back in a ponytail and not feel self-conscious. I’m also getting married later this year. Before I would have dreaded the wedding pictures, now I can’t wait. I’m planning to do another chemabrasion next year to get rid of the remaining 20% of the scars. I’m thrilled with how I look now, but I honestly never thought I could have completely smooth skin again, so I’m going to go for it to get all the way there! This is like a dream come true for me and I can’t thank Dr. Perkins enough. You also could not meet a nicer doctor who truly cares about his patients. His nurse Nancy is amazing too. I agree with the other review that trust is the most important thing to have when you are dealing with something this big, and I trust them completely. If you live in the Santa Barbara, Ventura, Oxnard (or anywhere within driving distance really) and are thinking about having plastic surgery, do yourself a favor and go to the Cosmetic Surgery Center to see Dr. Perkins. I have seen before and after pictures of other types of surgery he does and he is great at everything.

I had Lipo on my stomach and the results were ripple and uneven, not smooth and he told me over time it would get better. It did not. I went into the office to show him in person what he had done, and he Inspected the area and matter of factly said that those uneven ripples was my SIX PACK showing through! I said, no I'm sorry I know exactly what that would look like and that's not it. He refused to believe otherwise and and offered no solution to the mistakes he had made. I ruined my body because I made the wrong choice with the doctor please don't let it happen to you.
