The doctor's office was friendly enough and seemed to be very knowledgable. I advised them that I had a negative experience with Botox the first time in where it was administered. I suffered from droopy eyelids for 6 weeks! He assured me that he had a high satisfaction rate and EXTREMELY quickly administered the Botox in several areas. Now, I have one arched eyebrow and one droopy eyelid. Very disappointed. Now I have to go find someone new to fix and offset this error as I now look 5 years older. I know it can be done properly with the right expert as I had a treatment out of state that was perfect.

I've been going to the Center's nurse aesthetician Jill Jensen for a number of years, despite the fact I moved out of state 9 years ago. Jill is THAT good. I have not seen either of the Center's doctors yet, but seeing what a professional and skilled nurse and staff they have, I would have trust in their surgical skills.

I went in to have a micro laser peel done by the aesthetician Sally and she is amazing. She is very professional and went through the step by step process of what to expect as I was very nervous about the service. She told me about the after care and what to expect in the days to come and even called me on day 3 to see how my skin was healing. My skin was glowing and beyond beautiful. I have never felt this great about my skin before. I know this is definitely something I would love to again. Sally and the staff are wonderful.

My visit today with Dr. Will was great! She is always friendly and kind and spends as much time with me as I need!

I am not one to write a review, however, the quality of life that I have received from my encounter with Dr. Ferlmann has been overwhelming. Dr. Ferlmann has been a blessing to me and my family. He is truly a gift from God. He has given me a better quality of life that for the past 15 years I didn’t know existed. For the first time in years I have been able to get myself dressed without assistance from my family. I came to Dr. Ferlmann with a bra size of 38M breasts that were very long and pendulum (this was the result of losing over 100 pounds with starting bust size of 52M). Dr. Ferlmann is the most caring compassionate physician that I have ever met. The passion for what he does is demonstrated through the outcome of his work. I am overjoyed with the results of my breast reduction surgery. Dr. Ferlmann’s work exceeded my expectations and I am truly grateful. I can actually wear a sports bra now. I can even run on the treadmill without holding my breast. But most of all my back, shoulders and neck are pain free.

I had tattoo removal here 15years ago, returned this year bc they were so professional. This session was virtually painless thanks to the optional numbing injection. I highly recommend this place.

Dr Lu is a wonderful doctor with knowledge, kindness and great bedside manner! What a talent! He stitched up my upper cheek after I had MOHS surgery for a basal cell. I was nervous and he was very patient and took the time to explain the procedure to me so that I was at ease. He is a caring doctor, a real person.

Iliana is a fabulous practitioner. In her hands, one vial of a filler makes a much bigger impact than others I have been to. I happily pay a little more when the product goes a longer way. She’s an expert injector, especially with voluma and mid-face corrections. Went back today and very happy. Thank you! Also the office is serene and quiet. It feels private :)

I found Dr. Geroulis to be very knowledgeable and he understood where I was coming from while providing input based on his own expertise. However, a portion of my surgery didn't happen as discussed, and that was never conveyed to me when the surgery was over. What's more is that I feel as though what I paid for wasn't what I got, and it was a lot of money to me. Each follow-up appointment was extremely rushed (no "how are you feeling?", "this is what you can expect...", etc). Communication was great before the surgery, but once it was over I felt like I wasn't a priority anymore.
