The staff at The Cosmetic & Skin Surgery Center were so personal, and professional. They made everyone feel very important & treated everyone like they were valued and special. AMAZING...BEST IN CLASS.... I was referred to Dr. Michael Will for a procedure I was unsure about. I had been to different doctors but always felt uncomofortable. Dr. Will's staff from the receptionist to the nurses and of course Doc himself were amazing! I was treated with "White Glove-VIP" service and truly taken care of. The surgery went great. Beyond the fantastic surgery, Dr. Will actually drove to my house to check on me and my wife, make sure i was compeltley satisfied! The post-operation care was just as good if not better. Dr. Phillip Chang agreed to provide treatment for a young woman named Ms. Chen Xue, age 27, after reviewing photographs of a terrible wound she suffered to her arm two years ago in September 2015. Her emergency medical needs were treated by a Chinese doctor at a hospital in Xinyi City in the Guangdong Province in China. Although that doctor did what he could to repair the damage to her arm, he did not have the training or ability of a highly-skilled surgeon like Dr. Chang, and left an unsightly scar along her arm. After monitoring the healing of Ms. Chen’s wound for a period of two years, Dr. Chang agreed to perform reconstructive cosmetic surgery on her arm in his offices in the US to remove as much of the scar tissue as possible and provide a less noticeable and faint scar so she would not continue to be embarrassed by the original scar left from her tragic wound. Ms. Chen arrived in the US during mid-September 2017 and had surgery a week later. Dr. Chang monitored the progress of healing of Ms. Chen’s arm weekly after the surgery and mentioned that she was doing a good job caring for her arm and that it was healing nicely. She was very pleased by the outcome of her surgery and the treatment provided by Dr. Chang. Two other medical professionals who examined her arm after the surgery commented that Dr. Chang’s work was excellent and that Ms. Chen would have only a faint scar after her arm healed fully. Ms. Chen recently returned to China to be reunited with members of her family. Dr. Chang’s support will make a huge difference in the life of this young woman. The world would be a far better place if more professionals existed like Dr. Phillip Chang.

My experience with Dr Baraki and his staff has been more than exceptional. I interviewed several surgeons before speaking with Dr. Baraki. Dr. Brown is very personable and so are his nurses and other staff members. He did a fantastic job repairing scar tissue from a bilateral mastectomy that I had. Hoping he will be able to now do the DIEP Flap Surgery for me next 😊

He explained my breast reduction surgery in detail and made me very comfortable. By the time my surgery came I was so excited. I liked the surgery was done in his surgical unit and managed as an outpatient procedure. The staff is so nice and welcoming. I’m 9mos post surgery and so glad I did it.

Dr. Culbertson should be your one and only search for surgeons in Maryland. I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. This is not just a job to her this is an honest passion and art that she has mastered! The best part of all of this is that you will not feel uncomfortable in any way shape or form weather it's questions, pre op or post op. I am so thankful I listened to the person who highly recommended her and I highly recommend her. I know I would have only wasted my time and my investment had I gone elsewhere. I'm sure she hears it all the time but thank you thank you and thank you! I'm like half way post op and absolutely LOVING my results already! Went there to one of their open houses two weeks before my high school reunion hoping to get a lift in my jowl region by getting cheek injections. They do give-a-ways which seem rigged, I bought two injectables at a savings not as good as they promised online. After waiting an hour and a half for my turn I went in the back and waited 15 more minutes until they said that getting this injectable would take more than the 15 minute slots they had for the open house (they could have told me in before I waited almost two hours). So they scheduled me to come back the next week even though I had the concern my face would be swollen or have injection marks for my reunion the office manager (who told me they didn't have time that day) said she had the injections all the time and they didn't leave a mark or swelling. So when I came back the next week I waited for over 30 minutes till I came in the back and told my concerns to a nurse or assistant of some kind. I specifically said I don't want huge cheek bones, I want more apple type cheeks and if possible I'd like some under my eyes to fill the hallow where I had dark circles, that I'm doing this to lift my face not for huge cheek bones. Then Dr. Garazo came in and I had assumed she told him everything I'd said but he just marked my face, injected me and said my cheek bones look great and left. He was in the room with me for 7 minutes. Also not at all the look I was going for, I did had huge cheek bones almost like a skeleton and it made my dark circle more noticeable and did nothing for my jowl. Also I had injection marks and bruising. It looked AWFUL! I wrote to the office manager who had lied me saying it would take more than 15 minutes of the doctor's time, that I wouldn't have marks, and that it would lift my jowls saying I was unhappy and she never wrote back. They also never gave me the upc off the injectables which you can save up for discounts with the manufacturer which they probably save for themselves. I wanted a lifted jowl, less dark circles, and natural cheeks. I got the opposite, it made my cheeks look unnatural, my dark circles look worse and sunken and more of a jowl! Be cautious of doctors offering things at a discount, trying to lure people in because their service isn't good enough to keep return customers. I won't be returning.
