GREAT DOCTOR and AMAZING STAFF! I am so happy with my results from surgery I had late last year. I didn't know it was possible to feel this good about my self. Dr. Gonyon is truly an incredible surgeon. I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Dr Lacey did an AMAZING job on my sons bilateral cleft lip. He is 3 now and you can barely tell he had surgery at 3 months!

What a horrific experience I dealth with some polish women Christina so rude she kept trying to push surgery. What a mistake going there. STAY AWAY crazy Iranian Dr. enter at your own risk highest priced place in Toronto you're paying for his rent.

Dr. Fishman is so kind and understanding. He's very concerned about YOU, which most doctors cannot say truly. His staff, Karen and Rikki, are so sweet and fun! I love this group of people. I had surgery on Friday and Dr. Fishman called me at home for two days to ck on me. If I had to do it again I would, but only with Dr. Fishman.

Dr. Malhotra and staff were absolutely amazing! As a new patient coming in for a first time procedure, i was made to feel so comfortable and reassured about my decision. Nursing consultant Mina was an angel! I got phone calls at home and was told i could contact them any day or time. My questions were answered and myself (and my bf) couldn't be happier with the results! I have recommended Dr. Malhotra and staff to a friend, and she is just as happy with her results as i am! If i could give more stars i would!

Dr. Boyd isn't the only rockstar in this office, Diana is a sweetheart and she's on top of her game. I always feel a little prettier after leaving!

I wish I could give a full review but I was never able to make an appointment due to the world most horrid receptionist. The first time I called to attempt to make an appointment this women answered and told her I would like to set up an appointment and in mid sentence she interrupted and said "you know what, I'm busy, I don't have time to talk to you right now. Give me your number and I will call you back when I'm not busy." And hung up before I could respond. I thought it was very unprofessional but gave her the benifit of a doubt, we all have bad days. Two days later, I never received a call back. So I called again. Same women answered. I told her I had called days earlier and I really wanted to set up an appointment. She said that she TOLD me she would call me when she could and that she would call me in an hour or so when she wasn't so busy. Okay. No call that day, so the next day around 3:30pm when I STILL hadn't received a call I decided this was ridiculous and called back again. Same women. I explained that I had called a few times to set up an appointment and hadn't been able to. Her response was "and your point would be?" Me: "My point would be I want to set up an appointment". Her: "You know what, we're closed now. Call back when we are open." Click At this point I'm angry and confused. I've never called a business with such an openly hostile receptionist. I've been extremely polite (more so than this women deserves) and patient. At this point I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Attention: Dr. Nicholas Diamantis Frankly, I think a skid row drunk with a scalpel, a file, and needle and thread could have given me the same result you did. Moreover, I gave you plenty of opportunities to correct this butcher job you did on me but you didn't even seem to care. When I see the fake reviews praising you written by people with the same name as those on your staff, I shake my head hoping no one else will have to go through what I have. Unfortunately Doctor, we can't trust the reviews. If you cared about your patients and reputation you would have fixed this hack job and I would have been happy and the first to write a great review about you. Unfortunately you didn't do that.

Had amazing results with my procedure. Just as I expected.

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My skin has really improved since I've been a customer.
