Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to see a plastic surgeon to discuss my options. As a nurse at a local hospital, choosing Dr. Maclin was an easy choice, as I had heard that he was the best. From patient care, to explaining my options and performing numerous surgeries, I can attest that everyone was right and he is the best! I am truly thankful for Dr. Maclin and his entire team at Parkcrest Plastic Surgery. Your experience begins with the friendly and courteous receptionist. She always knew my name and what Dr. I was seeing. She always greeted me with a smile and thanked me when leaving. I never waited long in the waiting room or exam room. I never felt hurried or rushed. His assistant was always friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. She returned phone calls promptly, was very down to earth and made me feel comfortable. His office coordinators were more than helpful in setting up my surgeries, working with my insurance and getting paperwork completed. I never felt stressed or overwhelmed thanks to their help. I have had three surgeries with Dr. Maclin and numerous office visits. Every visit and every surgery I have experienced exceptional care. Dr. Maclin has a superb bedside manner that would put any patient at ease. He makes himself available at all hours so I could contact him anytime if I ever had any questions or concerns. Dr. Maclin thoroughly explained all my options and was very honest with what I should expect. I hardly had to ask any questions throughout this whole process because he explained everything so well. Dr. Maclin kept my family updated during and after every surgery. Although the last nine months have been tough, as I processed and recovered from a cancer diagnosis and multiple surgeries, Dr. Maclin has always been able to keep my spirits up by making me laugh and feeling comfortable. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Dr. Maclin and his fabulous staff at Parkcrest Plastic Surgery. I have gotten a few microdermabrasions at this site, and each time, I feel awesome! The next day, everyone comments on how my skin glows. Lindsey is also awesome at what she does. She's super nice, and makes sure that it's never painful. The thing I like best? The price! You can get a microdermabrasion and dermaplane for $100! This is their normal, every day price. You can't beat it! Other sites will charge you $100-125 just for the microdermabrasion and an extra $50 for the dermaplane.

Dr Kurtzman, Jennifer, Jenn and Claire are a wonderful group of individuals that have made me feel so welcomed and accepted. Dr Kurtzman has made me feel so confident and Jenn does an awesome facial. Jennifer and Claire are the sweetest office staff one may have to greet patients!

I do not care what others have to say , I am came about Dr. Halpren a year ago or so when I needed to have my Achilles tendon replaced and needed a additional surgery to do so. I had a total positive experience and I am thankful for him and his staff, its been so wonderful and I am still in contact with his staff. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Donaldson and his entire office staff! I recently received both Botox and breast augmentation surgery, and am so pleased with the results of both. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Donaldson and his staff were very supportive and kind. They were able to get me in just a few weeks later, and provided me with additional options for financing the procedure. In preparation for the breast augmentation, they were patient above all else. They answered all of my questions along the way, and allowed me to come back in to make sure that I was indeed happy and sure about my selection. At the surgery center, they were attentive, organized, soothing and professional. Despite the fact that they've already received payment in full, they've continued to to provide the same level of after care support as they have since the beginning including follow up calls and appointments, as well as attention to my comfort and needs. The healing process has been so much better than I had expected, and I am so glad I made the decision to move forward with this provider. In addition, he administered my Botox, a service I've received several times. However, with less Botox (aka less cost), he achieved better results. I feel absolutely stunning, and am excited about all that I was able to accomplish with Dr. Donaldson and his team!

Dr Cotter and his staff are absolute perfection. Dr. Cotter is warm and personable and most importantly does beautiful work. His attention to detail not only makes his clients comfortable but also makes them look amazing!

I had weight loss surgery. Thus, I lost a significant amount of weight. The extra skin was a big problem. UTSW Plastics was wonderful. The doctors are knowledgeable and have a great bedside manner. The cost of their procedures are about half the price of a private practice surgeon. I highly recommend.

Dr Kerr and his staff were Awesome! I had become very ill and had a explant about 3 months ago. Dr Kerr got me in very fast and I will always be Thankful for that. I did worry about how I would look after surgery but Dr Kerr did a beautiful job! I am super happy and getting healthier everyday. I would recommend Dr Kerr and his excellent staff for whatever procedure you are considering.

If I could give the experience with this office no stars I would. I brought my daughter here for a scar revision and her scar ended up being triple the size that it was. For me as a mom- it was depressing and hurtful for me that I had her go through a procedure that left a worse scar. It was also hurtful for my daughter because it's almost like she got the procedure for nothing and now we're left with a 1,119 bill and a scar that is way worse than before. The receptionist hung up on me and said that I was irresponsible for not bringing her back after 6 months. Why would I bring her back after seeing such upsetting results. We have saught out another opinion. Now we have to try and revise the scar again if she ever wants improvement of the look of it. It's upsetting.

Excellent experience from the very first phone call to schedule a consultation to the procedure itself to the final before/after photos. The office is so welcoming, the staff so friendly, and have already referred them to some family.
