Dr. Robertson performed my otoplasty back in 2008. It was such a success. The whole process from consultation to scheduling to the procedure and follow-up was pleasant, professional, and pain-free. I absolutely love the results. His support staff were also wonderful. He also quoted my procedure at thousands less than other doctors in Chicago. His credentials really stuck out to me and it was a total hit. I even got a hotel room to travel up to Madison the night before. He offered the procedure with local anesthetics-only, which cut down significantly on cost and down time. I was talking and relaxing throughout the whole procedure. It was painless and remarkably fast! I was back at work the following Monday with no problems. I would strongly recommend him and the office to anyone looking to improve their appearance.

Dr. Mount is amazing! She did my daughter's cleft palate surgery and, in the process, fixed her hearing issues. My child was going to have to wear hearing aids for the rest of her life but now she doesn't have to. Dr. Mount was so kind and caring throughout our hospital stay. We don't live in Wisconsin anymore BUT if our new baby had had a cleft palate we would have happily traveled back to have Dr. Mount perform his surgery as well. I highly recommend her.

Awful doctor. Has no idea what he is talking about, rude, and ill-mannered. I went into for a consultation and he did not even bother to ask me why I was there, walked in without saying a single word to me and started touching my face and said, "you need x, y, and z" done. They do not have the proper laser equipment either such as, fractional which limits and proposes a bias of the treatments they offer to patients. Also there are only 5 reviews on this place, and most do not seem real either also this doctor's office is not booked out either. A good plastic surgeon, is booked out a couple months ahead of time which should be a clear warning as to not go here either. Office rooms are old and outdated probably leading to unsanitary equipment. There are much much better doctors, be careful and stay away from this place. You need to find a doctor that addresses your concerns in a professional manner and takes the time to listen to you so you can achieve the results you want.

He's amazing! He made me feel beautiful and made my self-conscious issue into a non-worry. He's kind and caring. You have a wonderful doctor in Dr. Marcus!

Dr Siebert performed my mastoplasty in 2013 and it is still perfect today. I couldn't be more pleased.

My experience with the Center was excellent. The staff was professional and caring. The pre-operative consultations provided me with full-disclosure of the procedures and what I should expect as results. I was very anxious about the procedure but Dr. Parfitt and his staff made it as pleasant as it could be. Their skill and care helped relieve my anxiety. The results have been beyond my expectations.

I had Submental Liposuction (removing fat from under the chin) done in September of 2017. I was nervous at first but it was WORTH IT! I was impressed with Dr. Parfitt and his staff - very professional but personable at the same time. And the facility is very nice. They make you as comfortable as possible and are willing to answer any and all questions. If you have been considering liposuction - I would recommend not waiting any longer! Do it for yourself. It feels amazing and it's actually quick and easy, especially when you compare it to all the time spent looking in the mirror not liking what you see. Many thanks to Dr Parfitt and staff.
