Dr.David is the best! She did such a great job on my daughter's palate she has never needed speech therapy.

I paid 12,000 for surgery to remove a build up of fluid in my finger and Dr. DeFranzo didn't even take care of the problem. The build up came back within a couple months. At my follow up appointment, I told him that it looked like I cold still see the evidence of the problem in my nail and he said o, no, that will grow back. I called the office to complain about it and they were very rude and said I could make an appointment and pay to see the Dr. again. I sent a letter to the Dr. and to Wake Forest Patient relations and got a call from Wake to let me know they got the letter. No response at all just yes, we got it. I don't recommend this Dr or this practice.

My wife had a molar that had been causing her pain for several months to be removed. Dr. Kain and the staff were very kind and handled the removal with care and expertise, explaining what would be done and how to care for the place afterward.

Incision to remove small "cyst" was closed by gathering skin in several lumps. I asked why no raw skin was touching to adhere together. Reply was to wait a year for "remodeling". Result was healing from insides out causing lumps to bulge and scar leaving a purple lump more noticeable that original cyst removed! Perhaps I am not a "worthy" enough patient? This is on skin that other people can see and have commented that I got an inferior incision closure! Update: the lumps of skin have rubbed raw and are always scabbing and sore since I wear clothes over my knee during winter. Having been almost a year now I have a worse scar from this hideous “plastic surgery technique” for which Dr. Ravin was recommended. I cannot speculate why my incision was not closed.

Went to 3 ENT's before I went to Jarchow, he was the only one who could figure out what was wrong with me. He knows his stuff. Highly recommend. Watch out for his corny jokes though!

Dr. Klein did an amazing job on my surgery! The staff is amazing as well definitely recommend his work!!!!!

I can’t give enough positive feedback about Dr. Sam Roy. He has provided the best experience that I have had with any medical professional. I had a very complex case requiring several oral surgeries and procedures over a period of about three years. Dr. Roy was extremely thorough and took as much time as I needed to educate me and explain everything that he was doing and why. He has always been available for any concerns post procedure. I truly feel that he wanted perfect results just as much as I did. I have since moved two and a half hours away and still drive back for all follow-ups and will continue to do so if I ever need new procedures in the future.
