After many years of debate, I finally convinced myself to schedule an elective surgery. My initial consultation with Dr. Kalus left me with no more doubts. My only regret is that I waited as long as I did. Dr. Kalus and his incredible staff are perhaps the most professional medical group I have encountered. More importantly, though, they are the most personable and kind group, as well. They treated me with respect, answered all of my questions in terms I could understand, and made me feel like I was their only patient. With the surgery, Dr. Kalus gave me back my confidence and a comfort that I thought had been lost forever- along with new and beautiful physical changes that still make me pinch myself each time I look in the mirror. I had an amazing experience! I went in for a breast augmentation consult. I showed Dr. Bicket realistic pictures of how I wanted to look. He give me his honest opinion and recommendations. His assistant Joy was very helpful and answed any questions I had afterwards. Dr. Pratt really did any amazing job. I had a implant exchange with a lift. The results are outstanding I am very happy. I was nervous about the results with this being my 3rd surgery (2 previous surgeries not by Dr. Pratt). But he more then delivered and exceeded my expectations. He definitely knows what he is doing.
