My experience with Dr. Michael Newman and the entire staff at South Bay Plastic Surgeons has been phenomenal from the first visit through my post op appointments! My journey began with a consult visit with Dr. Newman and Yvette, his Patient Care Coordinator. Dr. Newman asked several questions to understand my decision to have breast augmentation surgery and shared detailed information I needed to make the best decision for my body type and size preference. When he exited the fun began with Yvette providing me with a bra so we could determine my desired implant size, then on to 3D simulation imaging so I could somewhat envision the size I selected. Yvette was delightful, humorous, and answered all my questions without hesitation offering her opinion only if I asked. I even received a complimentary SBPS t-shirt...thanks guys! At the surgical center, Dr. Newman's bedside manner was gentle, encouraging, confident and very professional; consistent characteristics I've recognized throughout my pre and post op visits with him. And by the way, my surgery was a huge success, recovery uneventful, and my desired results achieved 100%!! Overall, I can't say enough positive comments about SBPS from the front office, medical assistants, patient coordinators, to my surgeon Dr. Newman. My surgery was in July and I continue to have the same positive experience with each post op visit. Thanks to each of you for making my very serious and personal decision to have breast augmentation surgery one of the best decisions I've ever made!

It is extremely hard to try to get someone on the phone here. You leave a voicemail no one returns you call set up an appointment only to arrive and they state they don't have you down when they've taken your credit card information to book the appointment and the card payment has posted to your account. When asked if they could book another appointment the receptionist wasn't accommodating and had a huge attitude. States she's the only there and there's nothing she can do. They are re-charge you to book another appointment when it was her mistake in the first place. They would not refund the first deposit for the appointment the receptionist set up either. What a scam! Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth showing up like a fool only to be turned away.

My experience was wonderful. The staff at Dr. Zwiebel's office was confident and kind. They really took the time to make sure my needs were met. Highly recommend.

I've been dealing with a skin disease for for a handful of years now. I've been depressed and withdrawn from my happy go lucky life. I researched my options and found CO2 laser was the best for me. I then found Dr Fryer. I read all his reviews, looked up his credentials. I was impressed, but even more so after meeting with him. He made recommendations for pre surgery that made a huge impact on my condition. It's now been 6 weeks post Co2. At my last visit, he again made more recommendations. And again, his advice was spot on. I'm now completely clear!! I cannot believe it !! The years of dermatologist visits that had done very little. I would definitely recommend Dr Fryer to anyone seeking a plastic surgeon. My words cannot even express my gratitude enough. Thank you Dr Fryer

I just want to say Courtney from Dr. batras office is so patient and understanding! I could talk to her about anything, i have surgery comming up and have been so nervous about the whole process but she has been a huge help! So far im very pleased ill be back to let you know how surgery goes..

Dr Moser is a really pleasant guy who genuinely cares about his patients. I was nervous about my procedure (implant removal and cleaning out of silicone and new implants). Results are amazing and the post op care has been great. Highly recommend him. Awesome caring staff too.

I consulted with Dr. Reynolds after being diagnosed with breast cancer (I have Stage IV triple negative breast cancer). Having him perform my reconstruction surgery after a double mastectomy was the right answer. The surgery was performed well and the follow up - every step of the way! - was excellent. Having a breast cancer diagnosis can be a scary adventure, but Dr. Reynolds, and his excellent team, made it bearable with step-by-step guidance. I have already referred four people to Dr. Reynolds for reconstruction surgery and will recommend him to four more. A very special thank you to Dr. Reynolds and all of his team for continuing to be an important part of my medical team.

Dr. Barnett saved my ring finger from a 3rd degree burn. He and his staff really care for their patients and would highly recommend him with he regard for all his talent and expertise.

Ellie has helped improve my skin with her facials and product recommendations. I used to have dull and tired looking skin and now I hardly wear makeup because my skin is much brighter and smoother. My mom has also had Vanishlite and Botox here and she loves it.
