Best customer service ever!!!! I’ve been to other medi spas and this one is the best in the baltimore area!! Dr Wells takes her time and really cares about your outcome! I’ve been to places in the area where the service is rushed and painful!!not with Dr Wells!! Everyone was super sweet and made sure that my every need was taken of, and she’s cares about the female face, she wants you to look your best, not try to sell you as much stuff as she can, and push you to get certain services , thank you Dr Wells and Mary, you two were so great and my outcome so amazing that I almost cried!!! Once again thank you for everything you do!! You are Baltimore’s Best!!!!! That’s no way I’m going anywhere else!!!

I hated my lower bags and dark circles!I had many surgeries for pain conditions, but this time I wanted a surgery to make me look better and not sick and tired looking! I tried a few times in the past years with fillers under my eyes but they did not really help! So I decided to do it once and for all! I seen Dr. Wise in the past for a consult and he was so nice and friendly and appeared to me to be a very good doctor! Well I had the surgery and he was so nice and did an amazing job on my lower lids! It looks so nice! I cannot thank him enough ! He is a very through, talented doctor that cares about his patients! I give him a 10 of of 10 stars!! My recovery went well, no pain really and minimal bruising!! If you are in the market for an excellent doctor that does amazing work and is super kind!! Well look no further than Dr. Wise!! I am so happy he did my surgery!! Hopefully in the future he can do my Rhino...because my nose is a mess!! Wait for me Dr. Wise..when I can come up with the money I will have no hesitation to go under the knife to have you fix my nose with your capable hands!! This is my honest opinion of Dr, Wise!! You should not just trust your face and body to just any surgeon! Do your research and read reviews and see the before and after pics!! Like I did!!

Dr. Kassir has made me feel like the person I've always seen myself as. I never thought my nose fit my face before, and he has fulfilled my desires completely and given me the nose I've always wanted. He is an incredible surgeon and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is unhappy with their nose. He is truly talented and a master at his trade. Not to mention he has a wonderful personality! I would give 10 stars if I could!!

En Noviembre 2017 me hice un tummy tuck, liposuccion y reduccion debajo de la barbilla, la verdad que el doctor es un excelente medico, quede encantada con su servicio y la clinica donde me hicieron el procedimiento todos son unos excelentes profesionales. Mi recuperacion gracias a Dios fue en dos semana y pude ir a mi trabajo en ese tiempo. Sigo haciendo mis visitas cada mes o dos meses y sin pagar un centavo. La verdad que el doctor y sus empleados son muy cordiales y dan muy buen servicio. Yo recomiendo al Dr. Alonso con mis ojos cerrados.

Dr. Pontell is a true artist! I cannot rave enough about his skill as a surgeon and also how caring he is as a person. I went to see him years ago for injections and spoke briefly about having a traditional facelift done. Fast forward more than a few years I found myself sitting in front of Dr. Pontell for injections. We again discussed a facelift. I wouldn't wear mascara/makeup, low cut shirts, or jewelry because I was so self-conscious about my heavy neck and sagging face due to it that I didn't want to draw any attention to myself. In all honesty, I didn't interview him extensively but I went on my instinct alone. He has completely changed my life and I couldn't thank him enough! His skill surpasses what I thought the results would yield. His work is next to flawless with incisions that are neat and clean and he keeps a close eye on (it) with continuous followups. Dr. Pontell's staff, Kat and Cathy, are just as warm and wonderful. They are easy to talk to and before surgery they help to ease any fears. Highly recommended and if I could give 100 stars I would.

If you have dark under eye circles and/or puffiness like myself don’t go here. During my initial consultation Dr. Neigel suggested a laser treatment for me (which didn’t do a thing) and then said there was nothing more that could be done at the follow up exams. I’m very disappointed and I wish I could get my money back. I definitely won’t be going here again.

I have seen and been operated on by some of the country's most revered oculoplastic surgeons. It have been treated by or consulted with no less than a dozen oculoplastic surgeons on both the east and west coasts. My condition was extremely challenging for even the very best. My experience with Dr. Fodero and his staff was amazing and could not have been any better! The result of my procedure was everything I wanted.
