Counselling

Constantly not faxing my prescriptions when I need them. This has happened three times now and I am so sick of it. Not to mention no matter what time you call you can never actually get anyone to pick up the stupid phone. Even though that is part of their job. Have called three times within the hour once and didn't get a person to pick up at all and only got a call back about three hours later. They are last and ridiculous and so frustrating to deal with.

I visit for the counseling.First visit I explain my child abuse experience and I have depression problem.Right way my counseller was start arguing why my problems are from my abuse.How do you know? Keep pushing me until I could't answer.Also she was telling me maybe your siblings has some abuse.And I told her "No".Then she was starting to argue "why do you thinking"NO?".Until I couldn't answer anymore.I felt she was very enjoying to win the arguments with me.I told I don't care my siblings.I want to get over my problems,healing and enjoy my life.She told me,"You can't heel .Just you can do,make a your condition better that's all.You have to live the problems until die." I told her good counseller can possible make people heal.She was start arguing who can do that.Tell me who.This point I gave up.I can't belive the kind of counseller working which counseller tell to the patients you can't heal your problems are always be with you!If I was more sick and week,probably I kill myself.So be careful you don't get the counceler.

Given the lack of experienced resources in the area I'm excited to have a team with wide ranging skills here.

Scary. Long gaps between appointments. Kind people.
