Countertop and Tiles

We had a great experience with Classic Granite and Marble! Our shower walls were done in Max Fine Onice Oro and they are stunning. In the showroom, I couldn't find the exact colour of travertine that I wanted for countertops to complement the shower walss, and Gina went an found it for us in Toronto. It is perfect! Amazing staff of very kind and dedicated people. 100% we'll use them again.

I would highly recommend Rycor Countertops. I would describe Justin and his crew as consummate professionals, perfectionists and people of their word. When they give you a time frame and deadline, they stick to it. A kitchen renovation could potentially be a very stressful project, with Justin and crew, it was actually very pleasant.

Alen did an awesome job refinishing my 25 year old steel bathtub at my latest renovation project. When I compared Bath Pro's price to removing, repairing walls, buying and installing a new tub, it was a no brainer! Thanks Bath Pro!

Had a measure done through Home Depot and was told one thing from the Top Shop installer and another from sales. Just poor communication. Too much headache and confusion so I got my install measurement refunded and will try elsewhere. Home Depot was good about it.

a minute ago-Edit I have used Great Floors in Strathroy and London. Both times a disaster. With STRATHROY store I had to have my shower floor tile installed THREE times to get it to drain properly (only took 6 months), and now, shower tile for another reno ordered from LONDON store, and they sent me boxes of taped up returned product from another job with multiple tile colours. When they claimed they would fix the problem and send the right product 5 days later, I received one box. $400,000 dollars in renovations and the ONLY failure/problems have been with this company BOTH times. And when I wrote a review on their FB page...they deleted the option to write reviews.

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the kitchen refacing and additional cabinet work done.It was a pleasure to deal with Henry who took a most professional approach to our issues and concerns, and addressed them all. His advice was sound and the end result was a kitchen that my wife loves. The Just Kitchen work crews finished the job on time, and Henry made sure that we were totally satisfied before signing off on the job. Thank you!!!

This is mostly a response to Paige's review, which I am very puzzled by. This place is a showroom. Usually you go to some other retail tile shop who then directs you here to go look at some more samples. Olympia doesn't deal directly with the public. At least this is the way it worked for us. At any rate, they are not really responsible for customer service, that's the responsibility of the retail store that directed you here. Regarding the staff at the showroom, in our dealings with them, they were courteous and friendly.

We just purchased our tile for our ensuite and I wish I had known about this place sooner. We would have purchased all of our tile from here. Every member of staff was helpful and welcoming. The prices were cheaper than all the competing stores. There are so many variants to choose from, we walked in and within 15 minutes we had everything picked out and a really friendly staff loaded the tile in our car. I couldn't be more satisfied s a customer! Thank you!
