Countertop and Tiles

We had excellent service from Mike. From day 1 he lead us in the right direction in choosing a carpet for upstairs in our new house. In terms of price we had shopped around but what sold us on them was the service and honesty we received from Mike. Carpet installers were on time, efficient and even came back quickly when we asked for a few imperfections to be fixed. Will certainly use The Carpet Store in future!

I would recommend Twin City Tile Company. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with everyone, they were courteous, efficient and professional...everything was on time and on price....I want to say a special thanks to Paul, John and Brian and the young girl in the show room that was very helpful....Everything went smoothly and according to plan, and we are now enjoying our new floor.

The service was excellent! We are very impressed with KW Countertop and highly recommend them. The installers Esteban and Garfield were very professional. They did a fantastic job installing the countertop and left the area clean.

Prices seem decent, but since they are almost the only game in town, hard to say. Customer service was almost uniferomly unimpressive. Every time I came in- and this was a good size job- very big bath, marble floors and full custom marble shower- they seemed like I was inconveniencing them. One of the pallets for our order had dozens of chipped or broken pieces. I had to argue every piece with them. No one seemed to have any design ideas. Overall, I made a dozen trips there, (and I am not that picky), many of which I shouldn't have had to make to replace the ones that were chipped or broken. Wish I could say it was a great experience.

Not very helpful at all. We walked in and didn't get a hi or asked if we needed any help.

Adrian, Dave, Jordan and the rest of the Absolute team are certainly passionate professionals who take pride in their work. They are prompt, efficient and stick to deadlines. Adrian has a keen design sense. Our new kitchen is simply stunning thanks to Absolute.

This was our second renovation using GVT. Both times the staff and installation team worked to bring our concepts to reality . from the showroom help , to Kendall managing the logistics and checking on the latest project , to Trish's artisan installation of the floor tiles and shower . Couldn't be happier with the results . Great people to work with !

I had Surface Magic originally do work on one of our Rentals in Buffalo NY. As the tub and tile in the bathroom was pretty disgusting. Anyway, we loved the work they did so much that we decided for them to also refinish the countertops in the kitchen as well. You bet, we will use them again if we ever need there services.

Couldn't ask for a better place to shop for tile. Sean the manager will help you to make your decisions quick and painlessly. All this while having TRIPLE the selection of any other tile store in the area. I will never purchase tile anywhere else!

Awful customer service. Got ignored and skipped. Rude on the phone. Noone knows anything about shipment. Bad all around.

Huge selection and helpful staff. Best prices by far. The kitchen department is amazing, gave us many ideas on how to design our own kitchen and countertop and backsplash.

The staff at Solid Surfaces was very professional and couteous to us when we visited the store to get some ideas for our kitchen. Marylou showed us around the showroom and explained to us in full the different options we were able to choose from. This place is awesome.
