Rona installed windows in our home. The contractors were rude & said they couldn't work for disabled people in wheelchairs. ??? When we complained, Rona sent out a different contractor who installed the front windows wrong so they wouldn't open by the crank and even worse, they damaged the drywall around our window and we had to spend $3500.00 to repair it. Rona never repaid us a penny. Thieves and don't respect our simple human rights. Do Not Hire Them. Stay far away.

I can’t say enough about the amazing end to end service for our Kitchen. Everyone was outstanding! Always helpful, respectful, and friendly. Came in on time and on budget too! The soapstone counters are a showstopper and the tiling is perfect. Add in Dragana’s help with design for the sink and faucet and my dream kitchen is a reality.

We chose Stone Design Concepts because their showroom staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Karina, showroom manager, gave us sincere advice and suggestions. However, due to a small communication issue, the sink hole size was not what we expected. The company promptly responded to our complain and fixed the issue within two weeks. Ed from the production team took care of our complain. He did not choose a short cut to fix the issues, instead, he suggested the right way which required a lot more efforts from the production team. Our countertop and island top look amazing now! One suggestion: Make sure you specify your expectation for the sink hole size. Their current standard is to leave 3/8" overhang above the sink. If you want to have a flush cut, you will have to clearly communicate it.

My sales associate Nadia was fantastic! Workmanship not so much, instalation went okay although my undermount sink fell out of place months later, guess I should of read their adhessive warranty. A DIY person out of a Home Depot seminar could have glued my sink on better. To the Owner of Uniform - please spend the extra few more dollars on the appropriate addesive and take pride in your business. To any furter Clients - Make sure to decline the "free sink instalation" it will end up costing you down the road anyways, Don't get fooled by the fancy measuring equipment seems to be just a gimic to conceal the inexperiece..... Very disappointing service right from the start. Installed a countertop and the measurements are off. My stove is wedged in so tight and and is a few inches out from the wall. They proceeded to claim that there was no error on their part that the stove was already wedged in. The cabinets and stove were already in place and not new so that excuse was ridiculous. Took forever to try to get them to come out to repair the problem. At this point thry are now already 30 minutes late. Would I recommend these guys? Absolutely NOT. Some of the worst service I have ever seen.

Great Lakes Granite and Marble is the way to go! Amazing selection of granite and marble and everyone is so friendly and professional. We worked with Jen and she was so helpful, knowledgeable (and patient) as we decided on the perfect match for our kitchen! I've been recommending Great Lakes Granite and Marble to family and friends for years and will continue to do so!!

I am very happy with the new granite. We have existing functional, but ugly, stained and uneven granite surrounding the tub and sink. It looks great! You can't tell that the whole slab isn't the new color and it's about a 1/4" thick veneer. Everyone who has seen it loves it and another family member has even scheduled an in house quote after seeing it.

This address is just a distribution center and not a showroom. Wish it was listed as such before I left work early and drove all the way there.

The selection and pricing was good. The wait time from order to install was very reasonable. The workmanship was incredible! Andreas is a true craftsman, very meticulous. We made the right choice picking Cutting Edge to do our bathroom tile and quartz!
