Countertop and Tiles

When I was shopping for Basement Kitchen granite, came across this shop in facebook. From my first visit to final installation, handled in very professional manner by Sedona stones. What I like with them 1. Amazing prices. Half off the competitor. Love it. Couldn’t believe my eyes at my first visit. 2. No sales pressure at all. Patiently answered all my questions. 3. Huge selection. 4. Very organized. 5. Quality installation Might need improvement installation lead time - I waited almost a month after selecting the granite. ( But didn’t bother me at all , as I wasn’t in a hurry) Saturday is too crowded and would like to see some week day late hours. Installation slots are available only during business hours. Like to have evenings or weekends. One more happy customer.

Lots of selection and the customer service was very good.

Disappointed. Selection was great, but walked around for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged my browsing. The store was completely empty, and there was about 6 associates standing at the main desk when i entered. Made eye contact, but no greeting. They all sat and chit chatted. I walked past others while they were arranging stock or paperwork, still no greeting. I thought it was crazy such a big store had no cars in the parking lot...now i know why. Hopefully theres a better experience at another tile shop, i wont come back here.

Amazing showroom! Love how it's laid out, super easy to browse. They give out sample tiles for you to take home to get a better idea on what it'll look like. Lighting is important! Only complain is their Order Desk hours. You can only submit orders between Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm. This is clearly tailored to contractors and not for people with full time jobs plus a side reno project.

Very helpful staff. Took me to the section I needed to look at which was extremely well laid out making it easier to envision a whole wall of tile. The tile I chose was available right then so I was able to drive away with everything I needed. The loading bay service people were great too. Got to their shop because it is across from Olympia but that shop was closed. Glad we stopped at Ceratec.

They did some work in the basement and the floors look really great now. The tiles were delivered on time and the installation team did a great job to finish installation before the deadline. They were courteous and quick. Thank you.

When Trent McCarty at World Stone says "just give us a chance - I know we can find what you are looking for" - believe him!! We wanted Fantasy Brown Granite - which is a hot item right now -and Trent "bird dogged" the pieces he thought would be perfect. Good thing! When we went to view the slabs at Dwyer, two other groups were looking for the same thing and (since he tagged ours) we got the last slabs. Those slabs, by the way, - were exactly the type of Fantasy Brown we wanted! "airy, diagonal flow with equal brown, white, and gray". We were very descriptive about all the aspects of the design and I believe that really helps! For example, we knew we didn't want seams in the finished product - and with our layout it was possible - but had we not said that we had that expectation, we may have been surprised. Long and short of it - there were no surprises - except that it was a more affordable, smoother, efficient, and beautiful result than any of the other designs I have been involved with. We will continue to recommend World Stone Group! We hold the company and Trent in the highest esteem! Five Stars! Respectfully, Linda Martus

I had a quartz countertop installed by this company. It was delivered on time and installed with no probems! I had a complicated sink cutout but it was no problem for them. They explained the best way to look after my countertop after installation. It looks beautiful! I am extremely pleased with the result! I highly recommend this company for any kitchen stonework!

Best selection of tile in Ottawa. Love the showroom. Tiles are a bit more expensive but you get what you want :)

Excellent work done by Emerald Tile. Trudy looked after everything for me. She went out of her way to help as did other members of the staff. I can't thank them enough for all their help. I had them in to fix a problem from a small reno that had been done by another company in Orleans Ontario, and that has been on going for the past year which has been a very stressful situation .Thanks to Emerald Tile the problem has been resolved in no time and in very courteous way. Thanks again guys for all your help
