My husband and I remodeled our kitchen a few years ago. Deb at Distictive Tile was so knowledgeable and helpful. She listened and asked questions, helping us determine what style of kitchen we were looking for as well as a color scheme. We wanted to keep our existing cabinets and she helped us choose beautiful granite countertops and porcelain tile flooring to complement the wood. She not only helped us choose several different types of tile for the kitchen backsplash, she also designed a tile pattern over the range that truly sets the tone of the space. I continue to enjoy the design of my kitchen very much!

As a designer/contractor I've been working with Shannon Smith over the past few years on flooring, tile, countertop and color selections and have developed a deep appreciation and respect for what she brings to the table with her design and people skills. Additionally, Indoor City has an extensive showroom displaying many styles and colors of flooring and tile which is imperative to creative and realistic product selection.

I had a very nice experience with them 2 years ago and referred them to a relative and a neighbor. Both were as satisfied as me. I was worry first because of some bad reviews, then, as a business owner too, I realized that a lot of customer are a pain in a neck and they use bad reviews to treat companies to get what they want. I even saw one customer been rude at the showroom when I was there and it was clear that wasn't keystone fault. I had great time working with Belliana, the measurement guy and the installers. Overly nice and professional people. I got more than I thought. Thank you Keystone :)

Nice tile in up to date designs. Made our ladies room look very nice.

Shopping here has been a great experience. They helped me choose the tiles I needed according to my style and budget. They have a large variety of products to choose from and the delivery was on time. I will be going back for sure, for future projects.

Des professionnels de A à Z. Nous avons fait faire nos comptoirs de cuisines, tres grand ilot, notre backsplash et aussi une vanité de sale d'eau avec cette compagnie. Le tout en Quartz. Le résultat est magnifique! Du début, nous avons fait affaire avec Hoda- qui est non seulement très gentille mais extrêmement professionnelle. Le patron aussi s'est assuré d'avoir un client satisfait- et a fait en sorte que nous avons eu une excellente experience et qualité avec eux. Les installateurs sont polis, respectueux et très efficaces. Ils ont fait un travail de précision. Ma cuisine est merveilleuse! Et c'est grâce à cette excellente compagnie. Bon produit- efficace- sans délais - précision, qualité et un prix imbattable. Satisfaite à 100%!

Super service

Mon comptoir de quartz a cracqué. Sur mon contrat c'est écrit quej'ai une garantie de 5 ans. Vu que j'etais dans la periode de garantie, je les ai contacté. Voici la reponse: 1) ils ont perdu ma facture 2) le défaut est sur le matériaux donc ce n'est pas leur responsabilité. Ils m'ont dit que je devais enregistrer le comptoir dans les 90 jours après l'achat. Le problème c'est qu'ils n'ont jamais transmis cet information apres l'installation. Conclusion : si vous avez des problèmes apres l'installation du comptoir c'est à votre risque et perils.
