When I purchased my wood flooring they specifically told me to order extra material to make sure I had all I needed from the same batch of wood, and told me to simply return the rest. When I went to return the unopened boxes, I was told that since it was a special order it could not be returned. I understand why that policy would be in place, however having specifically been told that I could return this material I was not impressed. Staff was very friendly and helpful, just not too honest apparently.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new granite countertops. The staff at Keystone were attentive, professional, and very courteous. It only took a week and a half to get installed after we chose our stone, and the installers were prompt and experienced. Highly recommend, and we’ll be returning when we get to our bathroom projects.

I had a great experience with Complete Flooring. Ryan was incredibly helpful and the Company was able to get the carpet style I wanted at a much lower cost than other providers in the Grand Rapids area. Installation was also very quick and clean.

Fantastic store and owner! This is my third bathroom that I am using Ideal tile. When we first started the project, there was another location in my own town of Paramus (which has since closed.) I accidentally found this location in Fairfield, and after a few interactions, I decided it was well worth me driving every time to Fairfield instead of a mere 3 minutes in Paramus. Amazing service and unbeatable prices. Will continue to recommend them and use them for my own projects.

Although we hadn’t moved into our house in Great Barrington at the time of installation, thanks to Bob, Debby and Dawn at Lee Tile & Stone, our kitchen cabinets were installed speedily and with great precision. We met at their showroom in Lee to determine the countertop material and, after much deliberation, chose Hanstone Aspen Quartz. Debby and Dawn were patient, very knowledgeable and always helpful. Bob came by our GB house to make a template and he must have done it perfectly because it fit perfectly when the installers showed up with the finished countertop. Our Blanco sink was installed at the shop and the finished project looks fabulous. Anyhow, I highly recommend Lee Tile & Stone if you are in the market for countertops (or any other project in need of fine marble, granite, quartz and soapstone) and want the job done right. -Happy Customers

I am just finishing up a large kitchen, bath and Laundry room remodel project. I liked the team at Creative Habitats. Very knowledgable and all their design recommendations were spot on. Their installers were careful and did an excellent job. New counter and backsplash looks great. Would definitely recommend.
